We booked a few rooms at this accommodation for a family trip (2x 1brm and 1x 2brm). They were all really great sizes and with a weeks stay it was handy to have the washer/dryer. The views were awesome, all apartments were clean and the pool was amazing (we had lots of evening swims in the heated indoor pool) … it’s felt like an island resort!. The tram stops right outside which was super convenient (only 2 stops to Cavill) and we enjoyed happy hour at the bar for cocktails (pizzas were also yum). The beach is just down the road so we could easily walk down for swims as the flags were setup close by on the beach. We had an awesome stay and will most definitely be back!!

I stayed here for a conference, but, once my family saw the pool and water slide, they also wanted to stay with me! Because my room was quite high up and our youngest is 4, I had concerns about him accessing the patio and climbing the railing. As such, I spoke with a woman at the desk named Gerri (sp?), and she was incredibly helpful. She went to great lengths to ensure the maintenance team worked out a way that I could secure the door from inside (with a slide-bolt chain) so that our 4-year-old was not able to access the patio. Gerri went above and beyond for our family!

Great stay, clean, spacious, pool was great, could have done with more towels and was odd there was no real duvet on the bed just a sheet and option for a blanket in the cupboard.

Great location near tram stop, generous sized rooms (2 bedroom apartment), not too noisy, and fantastic water facilities. Tennis court, Pickleball court and basketball ring a bonus

Loved the room and view, there needs to be air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms as the vents in there didn’t cool the rooms down very well, also, we never got our room made or fresh towels for our entire stay which was six days, idk if I was meant to hang something on the door to indicate to make up the room but I never saw anything to hang on the door either.
