After an initial problem gaining access to the room(electronic door lock issue) were were not able to access the room until 8pm. The staff on site were very apologetic and accommodating. The room was massive although a bit tired BUT fantastic value for money considering this. Yes I would stay there again.

Great stay a short walk from the main strip

This is a great resort to stay at on the Gold Coast. Located just a ten to fifteen minute walk from the main shopping area of Cavill Rd, this hotel provides a great experience. Several pools, a hot tub, sauna, waterslides, a gym, and more give it great amenities for guests to take advantage of. The walk from the main shopping area is excellent so you are removed from the loud noise of Surfer's but yet can reach there very easily via foot or the tram. Room needed a bit of upgrading, but otherwise was great. Staff were friendly for the most part and helpful. Would stay again!
