Everything was extremely clean & the staff were all friendly & nothing was to much trouble. The only small thing that let you down a little was buffet breakfast. Hot food was half cold & bacon was very overcooked. Could not even chew it as was so dry & hard.

Clean apartment Buffet breakfast -poor choice of food Fire alarm going off early in the morning- no apologies and no one around to assist

Nice to be near the tram stop and close to Cavill Ave. Very comfortable room. But breakfast buffet only open until 9:30am??? Seems crazy and we would have had a buffet bfast daily if it was open for more than 2 hours.

Enjoyable trip. Took the kids. Accomodation was spacious but dated and lacked a few essentials but nothing significant. Could have had an intermittent clean with change of bedding etc.
