We are extremely happy and satisfied with our 8 days stay in Sun City. Friendly and accommodating staff, they are very patient with us and with our request in moving us to a room with sun. So Grateful for that. The rooms are clean, lovely and has beautiful view, well located, slides a bit rough but we love the spring and spa pool inside and outside. My son didn't want to go home. Good that the hotel has lifeguards for the slides which made us feel safe. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Sun City.

The staff were all welcoming and friendly. Check in was easy and without hassles. Facilities are beautiful and well maintained. My unit was adequate for my needs. I appreciated that I was able to do my washing and tumble dry it, that was a lovely surprise. Bedroom was comfortable but there was know duvet on the bed, only under and top sheet. The one blanket was not fresh and smelled like sweat, so did the decorative pillows. Breakfast was delicious and more than I could eat. A nice variety as well. The coffee was awful. On my last day arrived in the restaurant to find no clean tables. I cleared my own table and wiped it down. Overall this could be a really good stay except for the hygiene issues.

Location is excellent, few minutes walk from surfer paradise and right next to the beach. Apartment size is spacious and all required facilities available from gym, pool, sauna and so on. That said it is not for luxury and decoration of it’s apartments as well as the furniture could bring extra comfort and pleasant.

Could of been cleaner, gym need more equipment and a better mat

Friendly staff greeted us upon check in. Room was clean, large and well equipped for a lengthy stay. Pool facilities were great for kids. Perfect, quiet location, with easy walk to Cavill Ave.
