We stayed one night here. The hotel is right next to the light rail stop and close to the beach. It is a 15 minutes' walk to Cavill Avenue. The swimming pool and waterslides looked beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was still comfortable even though the carpets looked worn.

Everything was excellent. Would have given 10 out of 10 if it weren't for the TV in the bedroom not being able to receive certain channels for some reason. It was rather strange. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower too.

I feel if you are told that you are entitled to a welcome drink but the bar is only open 2 days a week and you are not there for the 2 days that the bar is open you should be able to get your drink from the reception .

Very comfortable apartment with an internal laundry a much welcomed added bonus. Very convenient location to tram stop with all major shopping centres & theme parks easily accessed by public transport. Reception staff were most pleasant and efficient.

Well positioned but dated, apartment not the cleanest and corridors very nasty smell from rubbish shoots.

Nice room , good view, bed was a bit hard and there was a terrible smell from the laundry room so strong we had to keep door closed

5days stay for work. everything was very clean. had a great view from the room and balcony. beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful in returning some of my lost and found property.

Family of 7 adults. Although split between floors staff very accomodating with access cards for lifts. Lovely atmosphere, pools, spa, views and comfort. Tram station right outside the door. Even though we had problems with the washing machine they did their best to sort us with a new one but unfortunately that one also stopped working.

Staying at Sun City is a lovely experience with happy hour in foyer cafe enhancing the stay. I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, our accommodation was well-appointed and the location is excellent with light rail almost at doorstep providing access to everywhere on Gold Coast.
