The room, location and almost everything about this hotel is great. But, the rules are WiFi is only for members who book through Accor direct. This is frankly very outdated, given almost every hotel on earth offers free wifi. Pain in the backside given I use Expedia, and wouldn't book again as a result.

Could not fault location as it was across the road from a patrolled beach, close to Cavil Ave and tram station, the pool and grounds were beautiful and staff were very friendly. The only fault was the 2 hour button for air conditioning in the lounge room and no aircon in the 2nd bedroom. This made us very uncomfortable at times due to the heat. A TV in the main bedroom would have been a bonus as I was out of hospital and needed to lie flat. Besides that a very nice stay.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Although the apartment is a bit old but comfortable enough. The second room does not have air conditioner so a bit hot. So extra fan will help. The swimming pool was too deep for the kids to play. However location was great and I enjoyed the walks in every morning.
