Stayed at BreakFree Beachpoint Surfers Paradise with the family for four days and three nights. The premises is well located (walking distance to Cavill) and right across the beach ⛱️ Our apartment was satisfactory (old and can do with a bit of a refresher). Was disappointed that we didn't get to have a room a bit more updated (like in the photos when booking) but overall, it was an okay stay. Check in was quick and the staff was lovely and friendly 😊

The late check in was a nightmare the phone wasn't working to get let in. They said just follow somone in then go to safe. We were waiting for an hour with 2 very exhausted kids who had enough. But the view made up for it.

I thought I booked a beach full facing view, however the room we initially got was a side view and mainly of the hotel next door. Fortunately, there was a room available which we moved to. The toilet then was leaking and sliding door broken. Outstanding view and location. Staff are amazing!

Breakfree Beachfront is very dated. The common areas are sub standard. Our accommodation had been updated poorly on a very low budget. The unit was not well equipped

The ocean view is amazing and is one reason we keep returning. A short walk to the tram takes you everywhere. 5 minutes walk to Surfers itself. Beach? It's across the street.

Loved the location, across the road to the beach and only a short stroll to Cavill avenue. Great having an indoor pool as it wasn’t quite warm enough for the outdoor pool. Loved using the sauna too. Pillows were super comfy which went we had a great nights sleep.

Apartment's a bit old but the surrounding and the view was excellent. Several items in the apartment was not working like the Iron board was broken.

No complaints. The biggest issue was noise from the street and the Focus apartment next door banging the rubbish bins around at 05.30 in the mornings
