Overall, the stay was good. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness was quite poor. The rug in the living room had not been vacuumed and had a lot of hair and dirt. We noticed this because my baby crawls, and after being on the rug there was a lot of hair and dust on them, which was uncomfortable. Another point to improve is the late check-in process. The intercom does not work properly, the call keeps cutting out, and we spent about one hour outside trying to communicate in order to receive the entry information. Aside from these issues, the location is excellent — right in front of the beach and close to shopping and dining areas. With improvements in cleanliness and the late check-in system, the overall experience would be much better.

Great location and humble staffs. We book our room via Wotif app. We booked ocean view room however when we get to our accommodation we end up staying in city view room. Discussed our concern with on duty reception and we are told this happens when room is booked with apps like Wotif. There were no where we were able to complain. This situation makes my experience unpleasant.

I have had a look at it seems that when you made the booking you have picked 2bedroom non ocean view and this may have been the only room showing as we were fully booked with the ocean view rooms.
