Loved the location, across the road to the beach and only a short stroll to Cavill avenue. Great having an indoor pool as it wasn’t quite warm enough for the outdoor pool. Loved using the sauna too. Pillows were super comfy which went we had a great nights sleep.

Apartment's a bit old but the surrounding and the view was excellent. Several items in the apartment was not working like the Iron board was broken.

No complaints. The biggest issue was noise from the street and the Focus apartment next door banging the rubbish bins around at 05.30 in the mornings

We have stayed at Beachpoint over 30 times. The location is excellent and the facilities are great for a family or those wanting to either do nothing (relax) or to use as a base to explore the Gold Coast and anything in between.

Fantastic spot for the beach, big and roomy apartment, good facilities with two pools and tennis court. I’d say only thing is it’s a little tired could do with a facelift and as a gold Accor Member no welcome drink. Yes but all this a first world problem.

The experience was mostly enjoyable and hassle free. The staff were friendly and the apartment was neat and well appointed. The couches in the lounge room were uncomfortable and need replacing. The kitchen needs a dishwasher. (staff were surprised to learn there was no dishwasher)

The unit we were in was very old and needs a big over haul furniture was uncomfortable and couches were all stained badly need of bathroom do up mould on the tiles. Wasn’t very impressed at all

Best experience at this place. We were late arriving and the service as still good with excellent construction. Room was nice and big, clean and tidy and loved the washing machine and dryer in the room as well. Only down fall was no cash - makes it difficult when you are there only hoilday with no cards but nothing major

Great spot & just across the road from the beach. We stayed on the 6th floor. & the view was beautiful but unfortunately that’s where it ended. The bathrooms were full of mold & still had hair in both showers. Makes sense why there’s no photos of the bathroom on the website. Very out dated & in desperate need of a refresh especially for the price we paid. Plenty of room for families but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Stayed for 3 nights for the Gold Coast marathon. It’s very convenient to everything eg the Tram,shops ,eateries etc The 2 bedroom apartment is clean and comfortable with everything to make a few days stay comfortable and this is also our 3rd time staying there. The beds are quite comfortable….. the pillows are not. Close to the beach if that is what you’re after.
