Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. While many of our apartments have been refurbished by their individual owners, others retain their original furnishings, as each apartment is privately owned and furnished to the owner's individual style and investment schedule. We regret that your apartment did not meet the standard you were expecting. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected lift outage during your stay. This was due to an unforeseen mechanical failure, and while one lift remained in operation, we understand the increased wait times were frustrating. Your comments regarding cleanliness have also been noted and will be shared with our housekeeping team for review. Hi Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the apartment. While many of our apartments are individually owned and vary in style, we understand the importance of maintaining them to a high standard and will pass your feedback on to the apartment owner for consideration. We're also sorry for the inconvenience caused by one of our lifts being out of service during your stay. Unfortunately, the repair required specialised parts, and we appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved. Regarding the pool, our outdoor pool is heated for approximately nine months of the year and is not heated during the cooler winter months. This has been our operating practice since the inception of the property. We understand this may have been disappointing if you were expecting a heated pool during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. We value your comments as they help us identify areas for improvement, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Thank you for your feedback, Greg. We're sorry to hear your stay was impacted by the unexpected lift outage. Unfortunately, this was an unanticipated mechanical failure that occurred shortly before your stay. We are currently awaiting a replacement part, and while we're hopeful it will arrive soon, the timeframe is unfortunately outside of our control and could be anywhere from tomorrow to a few weeks. Due to the sudden nature of the breakdown, we were unable to update booking websites or notify guests in advance before their arrival. During this time, one lift has remained fully operational, with average wait times generally between two and four minutes. We understand your frustration, particularly being on the fifth floor, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
