We were put in a room on ground floor that felt like you were basically in reception. It was unenjoyable for the price paid.

Hi Josh, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. I can see your booking was for a Studio Room, which is our entry-level room category. These rooms are located from the ground floor through to level 2, with allocations based on availability at the time of arrival. I have also reviewed your reservation notes and could only see a request for early check-in, with no requests noted for a higher floor position. In regard to the early check-in request, while we always do our best to accommodate these requests where possible, they are subject to occupancy levels and the departure status of the previous guest. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to guarantee access prior to the standard check-in time. We have stayed four times now at Mantra Coolangatta, loved it so much. The location is just perfect. The heated pool and spa and tennis court were fabulous. My only negative you’ll be the King Size Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and with it being 2 x King Singles joined together was the best

Mantra Coolangatta is simply a brilliant place to stay when holidaying on the Gold Coast. Park up and walk everywhere. Restaurants, cafes, parks, grocery stores, beach all just metres away. Our room was super clean and comfortable and had all the day to day necessities and a killer view.
