I am sorry to hear that the pillows were not comfortable and I have passed your comments onto our Housekeeper Head who will be glad to assist you personal on your next stay at Mercure Newport. I am happy to see that you enjoyed the poached eggs on every breakfast and please be aware that we do have sourdough bread available every day as well, along with our breakfast selection. Dear Vottopria D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your check-in experience did not meet expectations and that you felt unwelcome upon arrival. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide for our Loyalty members. We also regret the confusion around dinner availability and that your room was uncomfortably warm. Please assure that we do not offer Drink vouchers from reception anymore as now the drink voucher is available on your Accor app digitally where you can redeem it in the bar, i am sorry if this was not explained you during your check in. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to ensure these issues are addressed and improvements are made.
