The location is excellent as you are in heart of the city and 5 min walk to train and bus stations.The hotel itself was great, very clean and very quiet especially as being on 11th floor and room was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful both at reception and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the money. I will be staying again in December.

Room was clean and tidy we had asked for a twin but it was set up as a double but after speaking to the front desk they sent up somebody to split the beds after we had gone out which was no problem. Room was on the 11th floor with a great view over Newport. Excellent breakfast hot and tasty with a good choice.

We are frequent visitors to this hotel and an upgrade to a privilege room on this occasion was very welcome. Always a good stay but unfortunately there was no hot water in the room on the last morning which spoiled it a little.
