friendly welcome. My room was not ready so I got another one. A bit warm in the room, but overall the stay was ok, slept well, bit noisy in the morning

Staff is so rude, Hidden charges asked you while check out, The person managing at week, the manager is highly arrogant , in appropriate behaviour [ man at counter✓] after 9 pm there are no transportation, we need to walk 2.3 km in such cold from massy to hotel. Even Risky to walk on the street alone. Open hotel , No staff available and no service available at hotel it quit risky to enter any unwanted person in hotel and knock your door and wrong thing can happen to you. open entry to all that highly risky
