The room you occupied is one of our accessible rooms, designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. As part of this design, the shower area is open and level with the bathroom floor, which can sometimes lead to water spreading more widely than in a standard bathroom. We understand that this configuration may not be the most comfortable for every guest and we appreciate your comments. The shower in room 3 has no glass or protection, so after a shower almost the entire bathroom floor is flooded. This is annoying if you want to use the bathroom afterwards! However the madeleines for breakfast were super.

We always stopover at this hotel. Easy to find off the motorway. Staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English as my French is limited. Ample secure parking too.

A €100 deposit, payable only by card, was imposed by the manager without any mention of this during the booking process on Ibis website.

However, we would like to clarify that this deposit policy is clearly indicated during the booking process on the ibis website, as part of the booking conditions. The €100 deposit is a standard pre-authorization, applied by card only, and is fully released after departure when no incident is reported. This procedure is in line with common hotel practices and aims to guarantee room conditions for all guests. That said, we fully understand that this information may not always be sufficiently visible or noticeable during the booking journey, and your feedback helps us reinforce our communication on this point. It was very, very long to obtain the keys. The staff looked not well organized. Having dinner was also very long with poor quality dishes, and teh pizza was delivered still frozen

During the evening of your stay, our hotel welcomed several guests in emergency relocation from Orly Airport, which created an unusually high and sudden operational pressure. While this situation explains part of the delays you experienced, it does not excuse them, and we take your remarks very seriously. Room smelt funny Very basic

Dear Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the room: a strange smell and a lack of freshness are not acceptable, and this should have been detected before your arrival. We have already inspected the room you occupied and taken corrective measures with our housekeeping team. You also mention the basic nature of the room. Our rooms follow the standard design of the ibis brand, but they must always be spotless, functional and welcoming — clearly not the impression you received this time. Finally, thank you for your comments regarding access to the hotel and the Wi-Fi speed. These points have been passed on to the team to improve the guest experience. Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés que votre chambre ait été froide à votre arrivée. Le chauffage aurait effectivement dû être activé en amont : nous avons rappelé cette procédure à notre équipe afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise. N’hésitez jamais à nous solliciter à la réception : nous intervenons immédiatement, ou pouvons vous proposer une autre chambre si nécessaire. Das Hotel an sich ist nicht zu beanstanden, und das Personal ist ebenso freundlich. Das Frühstück hingegen ist nicht zu entschuldigen – bereits um 8:30 Uhr war alles leer.
