Amazing experience, super straight forward check in and instructions, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is super helpful. the business invoice was also ready by the check out time, great for business trips.

The stay conditions were average, but the staff is not knowledgeable on the invoicing system, making it very difficult to deal eficiently with this kind of matter. This inability of the staff at the reception always makes me waste time at check-out, because it is almost the case that they do not know how to put the correct invoice information.

I booked two family rooms and correctly indicated the total number of guests, including children, in my reservation. Based on this information, I expected both rooms to be fully prepared upon arrival. When we checked in, the sofa beds in both rooms were not set up, and no bedding (pillows, bed sheets, or blankets) was provided for the sofa beds. In addition, no one informed us how to open or use the sofa beds, which made the situation even more difficult. When I contacted the reception for assistance, I was informed that because I had checked in late, no one was available to help. I was also asked why I had not indicated a late check-in in my booking. I would like to clarify that while the check-in was late, the number of guests was clearly stated in advance, and the rooms should have been prepared accordingly. A late check-in should not affect the basic room setup, especially for a family booking with children. I would like to add that the receptionist was polite and did try to help by looking for bedding for us. Unfortunately, she was only able to find some cushions, which appeared unwashed, and suggested using them as pillows. This was not an acceptable solution.
