The staff was friendly but the accommodations are subpar. The room is too small, decor is so so. I could not even get a latte from the machine in the breakfast room without paying for breakfast, which is borderline ridiculous. I would not book there again as a business traveler or for leisure either.

This was my second stay an d it was sadly a much different experience than my first stay. Clearly if you have a room facing the railway lines there will be more noise, however I did not expect to have construction noise until 10:30 pm in front of my 1st floor room. Next to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid disappointment.

Location is excellent, room is OK, staff is nice but: 1) Temperature was ways too hot with no ways to adjust it. It was difficult to get asleep. Although outside temperature was OK the night, it was impossible to open the window because of the very noisy environment (expected since this is a major rail transport hub) 2) Traces of of dirty droplets projections all over the place in the bathroom's walls. No idea what it was, no particular smell, but still a bit disgusting.

Breakfast Menu should be changed, and Laundry Service is OK but getting Laundry Bill is very difficult. For Indian Specially Cooking vessels (big size) should be provided. TV should be smart .
