Room has good size and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast do not have many choices but very fresh. I did encounter an issue with mosquitoes (over 10 in my room) in the room, which was somewhat uncomfortable...

Generally this is a good place to stay, however I need to point out that the receptionist was terrible. she was clearly uninterested and not at all listening to questions or concerns. score would have been higher if the first impression at check in would have been better.

Everything was acceptable

Dear M Y., I am contacting you following your comment on the satisfaction survey. I am sorry to learn that your stay did not live up to your expectations. After some research, I can confirm that we no longer have availability in the room category desired for your upgrade. Indeed, it would have been customary to inform you directly upon your arrival. Please accept our apologies for this. Concerning the drink voucher offered, this, as in all Novotels of the group, is only valid for the holder of the loyalty card, and not for all participants of the stay. However, after checking with my colleague at the restaurant, he claims to have made a commercial gesture by exceptionally offering you this second drink.
