Please note that bathrobes and slippers are available in our Executive rooms. We are pleased to offer complimentary upgrades from Classic rooms whenever Executive rooms are available, although this is not always possible when the hotel is fully booked. Breakfast is also available on weekends. We regret that we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as our team would have been pleased to assist you and clarify any misunderstandings at the time. We sincerely apologize for your experience in the restaurant. The situation you described is not representative of the service we aim to provide, and we have shared your comments with the team concerned. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. Regarding the towels, as part of our environmental commitment, we do not replace them automatically every day. This is explained in each room: if you would like your towels to be changed, simply place them on the bathroom floor, and our housekeeping team will gladly replace them. Concerning the adapters, we apologize that none were available during your stay. Unfortunately, all of our adapters were already being used by other guests at that time. We are also sorry to hear that your check-in experience and breakfast did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve our service. Regarding the absence of a water tap next to the toilet, please note that our toilets are separate from the bathroom, and the room layout does not allow for the installation of an additional water tap in the toilet area.
