The most awful accor hotel I have ever been. No recognition of all membership. No welcome pack, no slippers, no weekend breakfast, very rude staff. A female staff claimed me not pay for the food with French and got very angry. I actually paid to her colleague. Instead of checking with him, she just looked like crazy and lost temper control. I can't believe that thing should happen in France, the headquarter of the brand.

This is explained in each room: if you would like your towels to be changed, simply place them on the bathroom floor, and our housekeeping team will gladly replace them. Concerning the adapters, we apologize that none were available during your stay. Unfortunately, all of our adapters were already being used by other guests at that time. We are also sorry to hear that your check-in experience and breakfast did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve our service. I stayed at this hotel for six nights and seven days. As an Accor Gold member, I had expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and did not represent good value for money. The only reason I chose to stay at this property was that all other nearby hotels were fully booked for the entire duration of my visit. Regrettably, my stay fell well short of the expectations I associate with the Accor brand.
