Terrible breakfast with fire alarms ringing several times.

Hotel was pleasan, however the heating system is dated and the room was not warm, and the heating not very responsive

As required, our rooms are set to 19°C, but we do have additional heaters available upon request at the reception. Had we known you were uncomfortable, we would have been happy to provide one immediately. Regarding the room cleaning, you are absolutely right: offering a more sustainable option is important. Our “Skip the Clean” program, which allows guests to defer housekeeping in exchange for loyalty points, is currently being implemented in our hotel and will be available very soon. couple of hair (!) in the bathroom from previous customer. Smell in a toilet proves it is not washed too carefully. I would prefer to have mineral water in bottles available, otherwise all good

What a food let down

We went recently to this hotel on a coach tour. The room was really good and the bed was really comfy. I would just like to mention the food which I thought was really bad especially the last starter which was suppose to be pork. I wouldn't eat it and neither did a few of us and it certainly didn't taste like pork. The salads were dry and boring. Its a shame really as you could quite easily make a meal for 37 very reasonably and it really let the place down. Surprised as others have said that are French friends are suppose to be leaders in cusine. The breakfast as well was boring and honestly scrambled eggs every day. I think in was bacon.? Take a trip to Ireland and the Lodge in Coltraine there food was out of this world.

A lovely room that suited our needs the suite it was spacious a great bathroom. good car park. Food was lovely for both dinner and breakfast . The reception and catering staff were friendly and helpful
