As required, our rooms are set to 19°C, but we do have additional heaters available upon request at the reception. Had we known you were uncomfortable, we would have been happy to provide one immediately. Regarding the room cleaning, you are absolutely right: offering a more sustainable option is important. Our “Skip the Clean” program, which allows guests to defer housekeeping in exchange for loyalty points, is currently being implemented in our hotel and will be available very soon.
