The pool is unsupervised; children must be supervised by their parents. It's forbidden to walk around the hotel barefoot or bare-chested.

The hotel itself was fine, room and other facilities were adequate and reasonably priced. Customer services needed work though. I emailed a request to the hotel in advance of my stay, which was never responded to, and when I asked at the desk on arrival for a late checkout, which was a benefit of my Accor membership, I was told this was not valid and I would have to pay €50 even though I had clear evidence that the benefit was offered as part of the membership. In addition, the housekeeping arrangements were very odd in that they were determined to clean my room, while I was still there on the morning of checkout. This included coming into my room early in the morning, while I was still in bed, and repeatedly knocking to provide housekeeping on the same morning. I have no issues with housekeeping checking to see if someone has already vacated the room, but it seemed odd to try to clean the room prior to check out and the cleaners did not appear to know which rooms were on check-out days.

I was part of a coach group that stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable however the staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly other than for 2 young lads who waited at our table one night, they were very polite and smiley. The food was awful most nights. On arrival we were presented with beef bourginon with very little sauce on overcooked pasta. The following nights we were presented with choice of mains which ranged from horrid to okay but the starters and desserts were just given out with no checking for allergies etc. The final starter we had was unidentifiable and on asking we were advised it was cows nose, needless to say nobody wanted to eat it and the only alternative they could come up with was fruit. I was very pleased with my room and it was serviced daily.
