Dear M S., First of all, we thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay at the Novotel Saclay. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and we apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding the layout of your room, we understand that the layout may not have been to your liking. We are taking your comments on the bed placement and room layout into account to improve the comfort of our guests in the future. We also apologize for the lack of electrical outlets in your room. We recognize that today\'s travelers use many electronic devices, and the availability of outlets is essential for their comfort. We will review this issue and consider solutions to better meet our guests\' needs. Regarding the mattress, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced. We have noted your comments regarding the quality of the mattress and will be checking the condition of the mattress in the affected room. The comfort of our guests is a priority, and we will do our best to prevent other guests from experiencing this issue. We also regret the inconvenience you encountered during your meal. We fully understand your frustration and apologize for the confusion regarding payment. Without prior authorization at reception, all additional items must be paid for directly on site. For breakfast, when you booked, you selected the Express Breakfast option, which is served at the bar with pastries, coffee, and juice. This breakfast costs €9, and the full buffet breakfast costs €19.50. Having access to this second breakfast, you therefore enjoyed the buffet. This explains the price difference upon your departure. A gesture has been made, and you have not been charged any additional fee, understanding your situation. We should have been more explicit about your payment options and your breakfast offer. A reminder will be sent to the teams to prevent this situation from happening again. Finally, we apologize that these issues left a negative impression on your stay. We understand that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your constructive feedback. Please be assured that your comments are taken very seriously and will be addressed to improve our services. To compensate you, we have decided to award 1,500 points to your All loyalty card.
