We stayed two nights. The first night at arrival: the key didn't work, I went back to the desk and the reception desk changed it, it didn't work again. Finally, at the 3rd attempt, it worked. During the stay: 1. the claim that parking is free is incomplete, therefore not true. There is only 30 minutes free of charge in the parking underway. Also the reception desk didn't provide correct information about the parking at arrival. it costs me a lot of time to find the correct information and money, as I paid twice an expensive parking, because I was not properly informed. 2. the breakfast is unhealthy: full of carbs. The oeufs brouillés were not good and I suspect there were processed powder of eggs, not actual eggs cooked. 3. The room has no furniture or place for clothes, making it particularly difficult to simply move. It was impossible to have our clothes, shoes and materials properly accessible. We had to put our clothes onto the bed. 4. the cleaning team took our clothes from the bed and put them into our luggage. On the second night, the key didn't work again, and I had to go back to the reception desk again for a new key. One positive element was the checkout process was particularly efficient. Overall, this deserves a 1, as the price, service and experience together are extremely dissatisfied. Based on this, I hope you will appreciate this detailed and constructive feedback.

Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback and are sorry to read that your experience was not up to par. Please note that each room is provided with a towel and a bath sheet. Reception is available to provide towels. All our rooms are equipped with a floor lamp and a wall lamp at the head of the bed. séjour dans l'ensemble correct mais pas de restauration le week-end.

Cher client, Notre restaurant est fermé les vendredis soir, samedis et dimanches ainsi que les veilles de jours fériés et jours fériés en raison du peu d’activité. Le Check in s’est bien déroulé . Prélèvement d’une caution qui m’a été remboursée le lendemain après midi . Pour la chambre il y’a l’essentiel. Matelas hyper confortable , climatisation, douche un peu vieillotte et pression d’eau faible aléatoire et télé fonctionnelle mais pas regardé . Le plus de ce séjour est le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet . Aussi prévoir parking payant . Dans l’ensemble bon rapport qualité prix .

Op doorreis hier een nacht geslapen. Vriendelijk personeel, lekkere geslapen, uitgerust voor het vervolg van de reis. Ernaast ligt een afgesloten parkeergarage, alleen met het nummer van je ticket kom je erin.

Bonjour , nous sommes arrivés a lhotel avec nos 2 enfants vers 00h30 a la suite d'un concert . Pas mal de monde , de jeunes dans le halle d'accueil, l'agent nous indique la chambre 415, arrivé devant la porte elle était ouverte, une boîte de biscuit en évidence et les coussins et couette montraient clairement que des personnes avait squatté la chambre. Sans compter une odeur de cannabis qui flotté dans tout l'étage !! Nous sommes donc tous redescendu avec des enfants épuisés . L'hôtel étant complet, l'agent d'accueil seul fut un peu pris au dépourvu. Il n'est pas normal qu'il travail seul la nuit , travailleur isolé il aurait pu lui arrivés n'importe quoi . Il a fait de son mieux pour trouver une solution ,nous avons fini dans des chambres individuel , cor heureux que nous étions avec des jeunes enfants . Nous avons fait au mieux mais ne sommes pas content de nous être retrouvé dans cette situation inacceptable alors que la réservation était faite depuis plusieurs mois. Un agent de sécurité et des caméras aurait sûrement empêcher cela! L'une des chambres individuelles la 504 avait une odeur de remonté de tuyauterie /renfermé en plus de tout ca. Le petit déjeuner nous sommes descendu a 9h45 , les œufs brouillés n'étaient même pas cuit ,cela ressemblait a une bouillit gluante ! J'espère bien évidemment voyageant regulier dans les hotel accords avoir un retour de la compagnie. Cordialement Mme E.

Nous sommes profondément désolés pour cette situation, qui ne reflète pas les standards de qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. En effet, la chambre 415 était censée être libre, mais il semble que les jeunes occupants précédents y aient accédé à notre insu, sans passer par la réception dans le courant de la journée. Cela est totalement inacceptable et des mesures ont d’ores et déjà été prises pour renforcer le contrôle d’accès. Concernant la présence d’un seul réceptionniste la nuit, nous comprenons vos remarques. Pour votre information, il est courant que notre réception ne soit tenue que par une personne durant la nuit avec la sécurité des portes fermées après 22h. Le réceptionniste de nuit a la possibilité de filtrer toutes les entrées et sorties. En cas d’affluence particulière, nous faisons intervenir un agent pour renforcer la sécurité. Toutefois, cela ne devrait en aucun cas compromettre la qualité de l’accueil ou la sécurité. Nous avons bien noté les désagréments supplémentaires rencontrés dans la nouvelle chambre ainsi que lors du petit-déjeuner, et nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser une nouvelle fois. En reconnaissance de votre fidélité et afin de témoigner nos regrets, nous avons crédité votre carte de fidélité Accor de 2000 points soit une valeur de 40€, utilisable lors de vos prochains séjours dans notre réseau. Demande (par téléphone) d’une facture par chambre ignorée (facture unique reçue par mail). Équipe à l’accueil pas à l’aise pour donner des infos sur les conditions de parking juste en face de l’établissement. Pas de mini-frigo dans la chambre mais équipe pas arrangeante pour garder un repas au frigo pour une nuit. Panne d’électricité, plus aucune lumière pendant une vingtaine de minutes dans la chambre, pas de retour après signalement par téléphone à la réception.
