Not a good English speaking people specially during the evening shift. It's better for a hotel like this that at least for those who have room in the hotel, working area and having coffee or tea be for free since the room price is already really expensive for a region not that close to Paris city centre.

The ventilation is incredibly loud even when switching it off in the room, earplugs necessary. Mattress is very lumpy and uncomfortable with stiff sheets. I would expect higher quality in bedding at +200€/night roomrate. Reception staff very friendly, food at breakfast and dinner is ok.

In general it was pleasant, but the staff could try to be more friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast hours. We came in as a group of Nokia, and I believe that boosted the business. On the final day of checkout I experienced your staff being quite harsh to a fellow colleague. The breakfast food stuff was still laid out on the tables and she did not allow our colleague to take just a yoghurt and a fruit. She was not requesting anything special to be made, but just to take a container of yoghurt and fruit. I think you can reconsider and be more human. I would have understood if she came and the food items had already been returned to the kitchen, but it was right on the table. Also, if you could add a variety of vegetables/ salads as part of the breakfast, it would be appreciated.
