I used to stay in ibis in Germany and I had a very good experience so I decided also to stay in ibis in Paris. This was the worst experience ever after a very long travel day from Egypt to Paris I reached the hotel very late and I notice the door lock is not working and it can be opened from outside . I talked to the receptionist he told me this is the last room in the hotel and there is no option to move and we have to live with and I can refund the money back But I was really stressed and don’t want to bother myself with more discussion I only stayed for about 10 hours

The room was fine but there were no amenities to make the stay more enjoyable eg fridge, mini bar, safe, tea bags/kettle, toiletries etc. The hotel restaurant did not provide meals between 2:30pm and 7pm. And it seems that was the case for the surrounding restaurants in the area. That fact alone didn't make a tourist like myself happy but rather a disappointed one. Not hot breakfast options. Staff very friendly and helpful. But overall, a mediocre stay.

Wet carpet by bathroom. Smell of humidity. Blocked bath drain. Flickering bed side light. Tiny window hidden behind behind massive curtain. Mosquitoes.

I had a pleasant experience overall. Even the location was quite far from the city but it can be accessible through public transport. The area was calm and not hectic. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side, which is typical for Paris. There’s an elevator. Lobby is quite spacious with many chairs and tables. The staff at the cafe were friendly, lively and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast was basic but not too bad. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a convenient location in Paris.
