Executive room booked at twice the standard room price. TV/Media systems were not working before we arrived and throughout our stay, however nothing was mentioned and due to the reason for the stay was to enjoy the comforts of the room this totally changed the dynamic of the stay. If explained at check in I would have changed to standard room at half the price, once I complained to reception no offer of compensation was offered, I was shocked that I was still charged approx £30 extra for breakfast for example. Even after the stay the feedback to my complaint was extremely poor and now has made me rethink who I stay with in future.
