Generally very good. Really impressed with the room - nice facilities, good size, great value. I paid for late check out, which was very useful ro me. The only frustration was that I was checked out by someone else in error, which resulted in my being locked out of the room and needing an escort to get back up and pack. No harm done, but it felt strange to be denied access like that and the solution was very inefficient.

I have stayed several times before without issue. However on this occasion I was met with a very large queue at reception to check-in. I took about 20 mins. Once I checked in, I went to the room but the key card wasn't activated. When I went back to reception I was faced with the difficult situation of having to queue jump to get this sorted (Or go to the back of the 20 min queue)

This hotel is located in a quiet area but it’s very close to the town centre. You can get a bus from outside the hotel and be in town in a few minutes. Great staff and nice rooms.

We had a overnight stay at the Cambridge North hotel. It was nice and easy to find. The car park is big but not free as its for the train station. We were checked in by Genni and she was lovely. Very helpful and also allowed us to check in a little early. The room we had was very nice. A good size and nice and clean. The chrome cast on the TV was handy so we could watch the F1 in the morning. The hotel was quiet and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very nice. A good selection of food on offer and things were quickly refilled.
