Lovely, modern room with casting to TV that actually works (my son was impressed). Great pool, although the sauna and jacuzzi could be hotter (jacuzzi is part of the main pool so probably not possible). Very easy access from the station and handy coop shop opposite for snacks etc. Good breakfast selection.

Hotel is lovely but there were no water bowls for the dogs anywhere and were forced into a small dinning area to eat which had inadequate seating for eating dinner, ie low couch and considering we paid £30 for our two small dogs is not good enough. The parking was also extortionate and should be detailed before you stay, we paid over £21 for less than 24 hours

Very good size and comfortable room. The hotel is very well serviced with extras like the swimming pool, gym and sauna. Good selection at breakfast. The heating cooling control in my room seemed to have a mind of its own so I had to turn it off several times rather than be cooked alive. Otherwise excellent stay all round.

Upon arrival at the room, the single bed had no duvet or pillow, and there was only one teacup for three people. We went and spoke to reception, who said they would get it sorted while we went for a swim. The pool is tired, with a jacuzzi button hanging off and a sauna that was not even warm. The changing rooms were cramped, and there were dirty towels on the floor. We returned to the room to find an extra coffee cup, a duvet, and a small sofa cushion as a pillow, which was unacceptable. We went and spoke to reception again about the pillow; they said it would be sorted, but three hours had passed since the first complaint. We went out for dinner, and upon arrival back, there was still no pillow, so at the third time of asking, we eventually got one, some six hours after first requesting it. On the second night, we went for dinner and were told there was a 15–20 minute wait for a table, even though the restaurant was less than half full. It took nearly two hours to get just one course. The food was good when it arrived, but the service was slow; other tables were left with dirty plates on them for in excess of 45 minutes. Our table was partially cleared, then the rest was cleared 30 minutes later. The dessert we ordered was given to another table, and at this point, we decided that was enough and went elsewhere for dessert. The staff did not really have a clue how to look after customers, and we were not the only ones to walk out or cancel orders due to the poor service.

We stayed for 2 nights. Had breakfast, used the bar, the pool and the gym. Breakfast was really good as was the gym. The pool changing rooms, by the end of the day became very wet, not sure if they are maintained much during the day and that did make it very difficult to get changed.

I came with my 15 year old daughter and she was a late addition to the booking. She was added with no problem at all. Lovely breakfast and a very warm receptionist when we first arrived.

Waited on hold for 15 mins to areange an early check in only to be told they couldn't confirm I would have to show up and ask. The sign at breakfast says wait to be seated after 10 mins someone looked at me and pointed to a table. I asked for vegan sausages or bacon but they didnt understand enough English to comprehend. The said they had a vegan/vegetarian sausage which I assumed would be vegan. Didn't matter it was so cremated when it arrived I didn't eat it anyway. Nothing on the hot buffet was labeled nothing had allergens. Definitely wouldn't stay with this hotel again.
