The 1 bedroom apartment is very small, you dont have any space in the bedroom to move. The bed is extremely noisy at every move. The apartment wasnt clean properly. We found a bag behind the couch. Plus it was dust in all the corners.

I was given Room 905, and immediately I found there was no wifi. I went down and asked to change to a lower floor room. The woman checked me in told me 'there is no apartment available". in the next two days every time i asked to move to another room, she said the same thing 'there is no apartment available". it was only after 11pm the second night another staff member found out i was NOT in an apartment and there was room available. But I was leaving already. I had to conduct my meetings in the lobby. i wont come back

The people at reception are usually not very skilled. Always issues with bookings, room allocation, Accord fidelity points, etc. But there are exceptions. I would like to comment that one of the managers (Emanuel) is always super helpful and diligent. I always end up talking to him when I have an issue. He always fix every issue in no time. I do not know what I would do without him working there… great customer service he provides

we booked this originally as it was such a reasonable price for paris, however we were skeptical about the location. that quickly changed as we realised we could get to anywhere we want in the city quite easily by public transport, as the hotel is well linked. the staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. the hotel was located in a quiet suburb which was great as we slept very well without any disturbances. overall a great stay, i will be booking with you again as the room is amazing for the price! just a tip, take an uber to and from CDG airport, the train is not worth it with luggage.

I lost my wallet on my way from the airport to the hotel. I was in a panic. I didn't know what to do. Abdul from the reception accompagned me to the police station. He was by my side all the time. That's very comforting. I wasn't expecting such a customer service from an apart hotel. I love Adagio Paris Surenes.

I stayed here for a long visit and while the room itself was somewhat clean, a few aspects of the experience fell short of expectations: 1. Check-in process: The check-in process felt rushed. I was only given my room number and Wi-Fi info by the girl receptionist, and I was not even informed that housekeeping is only provided once every 8 days for stays longer than 8 days... Clearer communication upfront would have helped set the right expectations. 2. Noise + Room Placement: Despite booking a long stay(22 nights), I was assigned a room facing ongoing construction on the first floor….which resulted in significant noise during weekdays….. 3. Booking Flexibility: I accidentally booked (nonrefundable) 22 nights through a third-party site. After a few nights, I realized the location was too far (1h by public transit) from where I needed to be for work plus it was too noisy... I asked if I could apply the remaining nights to a future stay—even within a few weeks (for a friend that is visiting soon)—so the reservation wouldn’t go entirely to waste. Although I understand the booking was non-refundable, the hotel wasn’t able to offer any flexibility (after quite some back and forth communication with the director). I ended up checking out after 5 nights and forfeiting the remaining 17 nights…….

If I knew that it takes so much stress and long time to get to the Paris every day (I came because of Art Basel art fair), I would never ever book it. First I was speechless about the high price for taxi to get to hotel from Paris at the day of arrival. In addition, To get by bus, which is always super late, to underground first (hassle) and the to Paris. This is an option for people who just stay around all the time or go to Paris once a while (besides, I also had no clue that it's considered as not Paris, but totally differentiating from Paris area, so provided shuttle from Art Basel for pre-view guests didn't want to go to other side. Besides, such a price for only 12 nights (I won't mentioned it here) has politely include already breakfast (based on my experience of travelling to more than 35 countries, this is super overpriced) considering that room it small and has no balcony even. But I wasn't even allowed to take once fresh juice being sick, or to get a green tea which is Only meant for breakfast. Thanks, I could take at least mint or camomile tea downstairs. Yes, indeed, dishwasher makes it more easier saving time and nerves in such a narrow kitchenette space, but still not an argument for such a high price outside of the season period. I appreciated assistance from few employees (reception), especially a lot by a young professional lady, Ocean.
