We stayed only for one night for a concert, but had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff was lovely, especially Alice who welcomed us first and made us feel very well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. Would be back to aparthotels for sure!

Disappointing Experience

I stayed at this hotel in Paris, expecting a comfortable stay, but was met with several issues. First, we only had one duvet in the room, and I needed an extra one. I had to practically beg for it at the reception. The receptionist kept saying there was no extra duvet available and couldn’t give me another one, but after repeatedly insisting, they finally provided one that wasn’t even in a cover. Additionally, we had specifically booked a room with a balcony and bathtub, but they gave us a room without a balcony. To make matters worse, they didn't clean the room during our stay from Friday to Monday. Not once did they remove the trash or change the towels. The internet connection is horrible; if you want faster internet, you need to pay for it. But I didn't know about it before arriving in my room. To be honest, the hotel shouldn't promote that the rooms have Wi-fi because it is a joke to have it in 2024 such a slow speed. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and far from the standard I expected.
