We had to change the room two times. First change was because the sewage system smelled in the wash room. The smell came from the washbowl sink. Second change was because of the water pressure was so low that the water hardly came from the faucets. The third room on the other end of the hotel building was OK, nice and clean and everything was working. Probably because of the elevator works, the main water was cut off for one day. I did not notice if it was informed to the hotel quests.

I had pleasant experience in reception. Room was clean and well equipped. The only comment is that I do not understand the request to save the environment and reuse towels, when towels are changes anyway (even if not left in the bath tub). Most disappointing experience was in the restaurant: breakfast- burned/dry bacon, still frozen bread; dinner- teriyaki salmon- very unimaginative dish, looked like something you could get at the supermarket to warm up in a microwave.

I found the hotel conveniently located and with nice installations for a business trip. The room had useful furniture, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was more than I expected with the bath tub. Breakfast was excellent and had everything I craved. The staff where friendly and helpful.

bad sound insulation, hotel parking full both days, main course dinner first night drenched in oil, but worst of all the attempt to dine on the second night: 30 minutes before someone finally took my order, then another 5 minutes later I was told my choice of dish was not available anymore. at least one table that arrived after me was served before. Barring reasons outside my control I will never stay at this hotel again, not even for free!
