If you don’t want to spoil your holidays, don’t stay here. Upon arrival, we met with a hostile and unprofessional receptionist by the name of Lucas. We did not feel welcomed at all. We were not given the room we initially booked . We asked for toothbrushes and shaving kit and he slammed our phone . He later came up to our room and banged loudly on our door saying there is no shaving kit. I went down personally to the front office and they passed me a shaving kit. Lucas has some attitude problem. The Paris stay is truly affected by such horrendous attitude.

The room was not properly cleaned, our table was dirty. Secondly the linen were not changed they have used the same linens for our second night. Other facilities were great, the reception staff was great.

Nous sommes désireux d'améliorer les prestations, mais vous nous indiqué que vous auriez souhaité une collation à disposition dans le hall. Dans notre gamme d'hôtel, il n'y a pas de collation a disposition. Si vous souhaitez vous restaurerez notre bar et restaurant vous accueillent à toute heure.
