Bonjour Monsieur M. Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour à la suite de votre séjour parmi nous. Votre statut vous permet en effet de disposer de votre chambre en avance, sous réserve de sa disponibilité naturellement. Vous avez effectué votre réservation le matin même et nos équipes vous ont bien informé que, notre hôtel étant complet la veille, cette possibilité ne pouvait être garantie ce jour-là. Malgré ce contexte, notre collaboratrice a fait son maximum afin de faciliter votre arrivée, et votre check-in a ainsi pu être effectué à 13h35, soit avant l’horaire officiel de 14h. Ce 7 janvier précisément, les conditions météorologiques exceptionnelles ont fortement perturbé les transports parisiens. Malgré tout, certains collaborateurs (notamment des services d’étage) ont du faire plusieurs heures de trajet pour rejoindre l’hôtel et assurer le service de l’ensemble de nos clients. Je les félicite pour leur engagement et leur professionnalisme dans cette situation particulière qui a permis de vous proposer votre chambre avant l’heure finalement. Nous regrettons sincèrement que cette attente ait pu altérer votre séjour et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau afin d’offrir un service plus conforme à vos attentes.
