The stay was pleasant, the breakfast very good, the intimate atmosphere, friendly staff. What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the room, dust and dirt under the bed, the window and the window panes were dirty.

Yet another excellent experience at my regular stay in Paris.

I've been a returning guest at the NPSL for over 10 years; this has long been my preferred stay in Paris, where I normally (=absent COVID closedown or oter travel restrictions) come 6-8 times yearly.

It's ok , but I feel not up to the value charged

No real issues per se, but for the cost of this hotel, services are average I think. I think what I am really unhappy about it is the type of coffee / tea at the drink station. Milk is not even provided? Shows real cost cutting by the hotel which it never used to do before. While this is my company's preferred vendor, I also learnt there is another hotel nearby, and for the similar cost, I think I will be trying them rather next time to see if the value offered by hotels in paris for similar price points are equivalent

Concernant les couleurs de la chambre, nous pouvons entendre que cela ne vous plaise pas, mais elle plait au plus grand nombre de nos clients. Vous êtes un client habitué de la marque Novotel, aussi vous avez pu constater qu'il n'y a pas de trousse de toilette fournie, cependant à la réception sur demande nous avons des kits de courtoisie à votre disposition. Dans notre démarche volontaire du non Plastic à usage unique, la crème de lait concentré à été effectivement supprimée, c'est avec plaisir que le restaurant peut vous fournir du lait frais sur simple demande.
