Had a wonderful visit at the hotel, property was well maintained, front-desk was very helpful. To get to Paris touristy locations, was just a 10 min walk to catch bus/train. Breakfast was really excellent, with a great variety for different dietary needs. Only a very minor thing might be the air conditioner, could be cooler possibly and also ability to control room temperature more finely.

Good location, clean room, nice breakfast but .... very slow reception desk

Reception desk slow, long wait queue. Only 1 person to handle. Went there twice already, and each time it's the same. Last time, it was particularly bad: first they didn't find my reservation, whereas I had it in my mailbox. They had to recreate the reservation and I had to wait very long. Then I had to come back again for my invoice because the clerk had not given it to me the first time. Of course I had to wait in the queue once again...
