well located and close to the mall and everything. I was here for business trip. But the only thing that I am not satisfied is the cleaning service. every day cleaning is always a bit messy. either they left the cleaning towel on the desk. or they forgot to refill the towels that I need. or they just left my clothing somewhere. no consistent standard and I have no idea if they did actually cleaned that.my last stay has the same thing and I don't feel like there's any improvement.

The stay was lovely.
The bed in our room needed to be flipped as it sloped quite a lot. There was only one robe in the room and there where two of us.
The pool windows were quite dirty and could do with a clean. The pool water could be a bit warmer and increase the temperature in the swimming area.
Apart from those issues, nothing else negative to report

My daughter and I had a lovely time staying at your hotel. I was surprised how family friendly it was and I’m really glad about that. My only feedback was that we ordered coffee at breakfast and it didn’t arrive. However I didn’t bring this up to staff as it was busy.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Chadstone before and it never disappoints. Friendly staff and rooms are so comfortable. Buffet breakfast was lovely and of course the location is spot on being right at Chadstone shopping centre. Definitely recommend for an overall relaxed and stress free stay

The Hotel Chadstone was surprisingly elegant given the suburban location. Everything was new and the rooms were decorated to a high standard. Beds were soft and comfortable. The automated bathroom lighting was a nice touch.
Areas for improvement - Only two small things.
1. Several weeks since the start of daylight saving the bedside clock hadn't been changed. While not a big deal, it shows attention to detail is lacking by housekeeping.
2. Breakfast on the ground floor was fine, but none of the floor staff smiled or welcomed us. A simple "Good morning" with a smile makes all the difference as a guest and doesn't cost anything.
I'd happily stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chadstone. The hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and this attention to detail extends to the rooms, which make excellent use of the available space. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were noticeably more comfortable than those we usually find in hotels. The hotel is also in a great location, and we received excellent service throughout our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are always so lovely during my stays. Specifically the staff in Pastor and the people at check in. My information though is never correct or in their system which is why my score is not a 10. I visit every month on business, and my title is still ‘Mr’ after six years of staying there.

Everything was excellent. Only issue was Reception told me I could have my Welcome Drink with my dinner in the restaurant. When dining was told I needed to have it in the upstairs Bar? Manager overrode that and poured me a wine. Need to sort that one out!

I wanted a breakaway from the city and MGallery was the perfect choice. Check-in was fast and the staff were lovely.
I was worried my room will be noisy as I was located at the main road but it was quiet.
Car parking was a tad difficult to find and breakfast was just so-so but overall great stay!
