Yes, I would rate this hotel 4.5–5 stars. The only thing I was disappointed with was the gym. It’s really small and has no view at all.
The hotel room was clean, and the service was very good. The hotel is right next to the shopping mall, which is very convenient.
Another disappointment was that I stayed there for 3 nights and paid around AUD 900, but when I asked for a 1-hour late check-out, they said it wasn’t possible. So, I had to follow the hotel’s rules.

Loved the hotel. We were however disappointed to have the room shaking with noise until 11:30pm due to a function upstairs. Also note if you are a gold Accor member that they won’t upgrade you from a room to a suite even if available and won’t confirm early check in until the day. Hotel is great but some things need some work to make the experience on par with other Accor resorts

We had a great time at Hotel Chadstone for my birthday. The only downside is that there is no greenery / nature so it felt like a concrete jungle. Luckily, there are parks a short drive away, so we went for a nature walk after we checked out.

Enjoyed our stay, the complimentary dessert for the birthday girl was a nice touch. Beds were amazingly comfortable and temperature of room was great. Unfortunately the shower temperature was too cold and we had difficulty casting from our phones/laptops to the tv with buffering issues.

A fantastic first stay. All the staff members that I interacted with were outstanding - from Reception to the Restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, to the cleaners and evening turn-down staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and made sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, even when I had to extend my stay. The room was great, very relaxing and comfortable.

The big issue I has was with the shower it was Dreadful the water pressure was terrible and to get it to the right temperature was just not going to happen the whole shower was hot cold hot cold very very disappointing for the price of the room
