Well located for our family as we had booked the Barbie cafe. Booked two rooms and when we asked for the rooms to be next to each other the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, the pool was small but had a nice view.

The staff and all were lovely but the cleaning job in the room me and my partner stayed in was not up to standard. The shower and bathroom had a gross smell not very nice but it was still a beautiful bathroom. The bed was definitely comfy but as I got into the bed I noticed there was a few brown weird stains on the pillows that threw me off. They smelt not very pleasant. Luckily there was an extra pillow I could use as I left that one on the floor. I would definitely stay again as this hotel was gorgeous and me and my partner and hoping to stay again soon so this is all just feedback for you guys to try to improve.
