Overall, experience not bad, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the bed. I woke up with a terrible back pain one day due to the bad quality of the bed. I would highly recommend you to upgrade your beds as hotels are not using anymore those tyni & cheap beds.

The location nd staff was good. However room was too small and lacks basic amen-ties like Table chair. Utility table or side boards.

I've booked two rooms for two nights and the room was charged directly to my credit card. So far so good, as I've arrived at the front desk said that this was only a authorization and charged me again. same day I've realized that I've had two charges on my account and contacted the front desk where we had a short conversation and the gentleman agreed that I was overcharged and apologized for the inconvenience, asked for my card and corrected the amount (at least he said so). I've wrote the hotel twice were I've been assured that the refund will be done immediately. It's been now 20 days and the only answer is, we've done it. Contact your bank.

As I checked it with the accounting office, we did the cancellation of payment on the same date when you addressed the reception team. I also contacted our bank to ask why it takes so long, the answer is that you have to contact your bank and confirm the return of the money on your account. Did you do it? It seems that money is stuck on the intermediate account and wait to be approved from your bank side. Can you please ask your bank to do it and contact me afterwards if you still do not get money within the next few days? I am sure we will sort it out and you will get the amount due back.
