I loved my stay there. This hotel has everything to get the best of your Marseille experience. Beginning with lovely, spacious, spotless rooms with a very discreet AC and a kitchen anex (mine at least but I believe that's a standard). We didn't cook but the option is there. A solid, filling brekkie, 25 mins from the Prado and nearby beaches, 15, mins from Vieux Port. Next time I'm in Marseille this is my first choice. 5 stars

I had a terrible experience where building works were going on in the corridor. Had to change room in emergency. Not apologies and very disappointed by the staff who can't even help supplying basic stuff like salt. This things should be available in the kitchen as part of the apartment. I had to buy sugar and salt first time in my life. Very disappointed by the loud noise of building works as well and the handle of moving stuff

Rude staff and even though I’d checked in online I was given a run down dirty room as an Accor platinum member . 3 hour wait to check in damaged worktops in the apartment and the word non from reception staff if you wanted a kettle or a disabled friendly corkscrew/ kitchen equipment

Location is OK, but the structure is somewhat old. I was there 8 years ago (in a 4 person studio) and it was pretty new. The 2 person studio I had this time was quite aged. The area may deserve some refurbhising.

The room had a lot of defects such as humidity signs on the walls (panting falling off), shower bar wasn’t properly fixed, door hangers not properly fixed, light switch not properly fixed, definitely very different than on the pictures.

La struttura è in posizione centrale, comoda al centro di Marsiglia raggiungibile facilmente con la vicina stazione della metro e all'ospedale Timone. Il monolocale è ben arredato, gli spazi sono ben organizzati e vivibilissimi. Il wifi funziona alla perfezione. Ho apprezzato anche la disponibilità sul televisore di alcuni canali in lingua italiana. Nelle vicinanze sono disponibili vari ristoranti e supermercati. Per chi arriva in auto è comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo a cui si arriva direttamente dall'appartamento con l'ascensore, parcheggiare in strada è estremamente difficile. Il personale è gentile e disponibile H24.
