no welcome drink on arrival, sink of the bathroom not well drained, the worse, someone showed up in the room saturday morning around 11.30, i put the label that i was in the room outside the door, and he knocked, woke me up, and even opened the door to ask if i wanted tea or coffee, i answered no thank you, definitely not the kind of service i expected, despite the attention was nice, i raised this issue at the reception on saturday evening.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay st this hotel. It seemed to run down, had stains all over the carpets, excess mold in the air conditioning vents and bathrooms. The air-conditioning did not function properly. In addition, I woke up with insets bites that seemed to be consistent with bed bug bites. I’ve stayed at many Novotel hotels, all pleasant experiences. This was by far was the worst one stay I have experienced at your properties. Not worth the amount of money I spent. I felt ripped off because we stated other three star hotels that were much better.
