I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay st this hotel. It seemed to run down, had stains all over the carpets, excess mold in the air conditioning vents and bathrooms. The air-conditioning did not function properly. In addition, I woke up with insets bites that seemed to be consistent with bed bug bites. I’ve stayed at many Novotel hotels, all pleasant experiences. This was by far was the worst one stay I have experienced at your properties. Not worth the amount of money I spent. I felt ripped off because we stated other three star hotels that were much better.

Hotel is well located, right next to the metro station, not far from the beach when you take a bus. Good restaurants in walking distance, even to the velodrome stadium. In our room, there are a balcony with lying chairs, table and chairs. We could take a sun bath. There are the laundry machines in 5 mins walk. Very practical for a long stay.
