We were very happy with our stay at Novotel Marseille Prado Hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was exactly what we needed for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would especially like to praise the young team at the reception. Everyone was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent for exploring Marseille. The hotel is right next to the metro and several bus lines, with a tram stop just a few minutes’ walk away. The Old Port and many of the city’s main attractions are also within an easy 30-minute walk. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ⭐️

We are a family of 6 and we stayed 2 nights. We had 2 rooms on the 8th floor. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the decks were nice. The AC was a little weak...it doesn't blow hard enough to ever get to the temperature you set it at....but it is enough to not be hot. If the AC worked well I would rate our stay a 10 instead of 9. Breakfast was also very good with great selection, staff was nice and accommodating. They did send someone to try and fix the AC but it was working as intended, just too small of a unit for the hottest week of the year.

Waited more than 1/2h to check in, staff looked like interns but it was busy so OK I guess The fun part is that I didn't get an invoice receipt as I left super early to catch a train and there were no manager to print the invoice when I left. I asked for it online a couple days later, I got an automated acknowledgment of the demand but after a few days still nothing. Luckily I had a chance to stop by the hotel a few days later to ask directly at the desk. The manager remembered me and when I said I was not sure the hotel got my demand. She said she did get the demand but "she had problem sending emails THAT day". I'm unlucky, I wish she got the demand a day she was able to use emails. But I missed my chance... And obviousl not an hint of apology, she was doing me a favor printing the invoice AND sending an email (which was working that day!) 350 € well spent! can't wait to do it again Oh and piece of advice, ask for IT help from the hotel down the road which is half price and got a working timely emailing system...
