There was no welcome drink on the app and I had to ask, which I was given only one when there were three people staying together. Based on previous stays, I am always given 3 welcome drinks, and I wonder why there’s a difference between Novotels and Accor hotels.

Not what we were expecting. Room was very old, patio furniture not set up and there was carpet stains. I had higher expectations for this property. We checked out shortly after we landed.
