Novotel is a wonderful chain of hotels. Very well designed spacious rooms with comfortable beddings & wonderful amenities. It has a very good dining area as well. The staff is very courteous & friendly. Me & my family had a great stay. We will surely come back.

As a Platinum member of Accor hotels I am frequently staying in Novotel. This time it was for leisure. The hotel was being renovated and building works were ongoing. The welcome experience was not great. Reception staff was not the most welcoming. The rooms were nice but it was extremely hot in the room and we were unable to bring the temperature down (opening a window was not an option due to the noise outside). We mentioned it when leaving on the next day and they promised to look into it.
