I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my parents had during their recent stay at your hotel. I chose your property because my family has always had positive experiences with Accor and Ibis hotels in the past. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below the standards we expected. Upon arrival, my parents were assigned a room that was completely flooded. They were then asked to wait in the lobby while another room was being arranged. However, when they were finally moved, they discovered that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. As a result, they had to wait once again, standing in the corridor with their luggage while a suitable solution was found. I personally had to call the hotel and speak with the reception team because it is simply unacceptable to subject two guests, arriving after a long journey, to such inconvenience and repeated room changes late in the evening. Eventually, a suitable room was provided, but only after considerable stress and frustration. Unfortunately, the most serious incident occurred on the last day of their stay. While my parents needed to return to their room to collect their luggage, a member of the housekeeping staff refused to allow them access. She became extremely rude, shouting and using inappropriate language towards them. She even slammed the room door, forced them out of the room, and locked the door while their luggage was still inside. We had no choice but to seek assistance from the reception desk. Even when the receptionist accompanied us back to the room, the housekeeping employee continued shouting and complaining aggressively in front of both guests and staff. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any hotel environment, especially towards paying guests. While operational issues can sometimes occur, there is no excuse for such disrespectful and hostile treatment. I sent my parents to your hotel with confidence because of the consistently positive experiences we have had with Accor and Ibis properties. Sadly, this experience has seriously damaged that trust and left us with a very negative impression of your hotel. I would appreciate receiving an explanation regarding these incidents and understanding what actions will be taken to ensure that other guests do not experience similar situations in the future

For someone who wants to sleep in a clean room and then leave it does the job. I do think that it would have been nice to close the door to the toilet room when one was seated on the toilet….
