I arrived late because I had to cancel my previous reservation in another hotel (due to their horrible conditions that I faced once I arrived there after a long trip from Greece). Mr Amadou Sow, your receptionist, went above and beyond any expectation by resolving a problem of withdrawal from my bank account by Booking (I wanted to pay you in cash so he cancelled, refunded me, rebooked and got payed in cash) and by giving me a great room option (he stayed much after the end of his shift, always smiling and helping all the other clients in the same time as well). I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, the separate douch/wc, the view from the 6th floor, the cleanliness and cosiness, the table and mirror. The next morning it hailed but I felt secured. I wish I would have stayed longer and have meals, I will definitely come again next time I am in Marseille and recommend you to friends and partners (the location is fine as well, I went on foot to the train station). I stay in All Accor hotels very often, this was one of the best.

Everything was just as it should be. The location is very easy to find, and the staff at reception were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I would like to thank each and every one of them. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate. Also I would like to thanks cleaners they are awesome! My only criticism is that the sink in my room did not have a plug stopper, which occasionally allowed some odor to come up from the drain while washing my hands. ( Other than that, the bathroom itself did not smell at all. ) If I come back to Marseille, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
