We had a lovely time staying at the Ibis Marseille Timone. The staff were welcoming, polite and happy to be there. The breakfast (for an extra charge) had a good selection ranging from fresh pastries to eggs and bacon, bread, hams and jams. The rooms were clean, and with very comfortable beds. The location is right near a metro which is a short journey to the Port, stadé and other places to see. Would stay again.

Our first room had no functioning A/C, we asked for another one and the cards did not work. The breakfast missed many items including cutlery, plates and food. Someone from the hotel kitchen has started the fire alarm at 4h30 inthe morning which ended up in everyone getting out, for nothing since they mentioned there was no fire 15 minutes later. The shower was not well drained and one of our towel had red stains.
