Location of the hotel is great. It is 2 min walk from Bussy-Saint-Georges station.

This hotel was incredibly well located, right next to the RER station and only two stops – around seven minutes – from Disneyland Paris. It is a superb option if you want easy access to the parks without the considerable expense of staying in a Disney hotel. In fact, by the time you factor in the train journey, I suspect it is actually quicker to reach the parks from here than from some of the Disney hotels themselves. The rooms were extremely comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The air conditioning was also excellent, which was particularly welcome as we visited during a heatwave. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely outstanding. There was a fantastic choice and genuinely something for everyone – exactly what you need to set yourself up for a full day in the parks. The local area is currently undergoing quite a lot of redevelopment and building work, including improvements to the outdoor area, so it will be interesting to see how this develops. It certainly feels as though the surroundings will become even better once the work is complete. Overall, this was a brilliant hotel and we would most definitely stay here again. If you are considering booking, I would wholeheartedly recommend it. We stayed in one of the premium rooms, which I would particularly recommend as the additional space was well worth having.

Internet does NOT connect from the QR codes displayed in the room. Restaurant closed for 2 weeks - we weren't told in advance. Telephone in room didn't connect to reception desk. Wine menu was changing. The whole thing was fine - it just felt like it needed a strong manager to come in and fix the few little issues. Staff were lovely.

The room was clean and well maintained, but it appeared to be an accessible room designed for wheelchair users, and unfortunately it didn't suit my needs. The shower controls were positioned very low and the temperature lever was extremely sensitive. During every shower, the slightest accidental touch caused the water temperature to swing from very hot to very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. This is something that really needs attention, especially if non wheelchair users are going to be allocated this type of room. The bathroom also lacked practical storage. There was very little space around the sink for toiletries and nowhere convenient to hang towels or personal items apart from a single towel rail radiator. While I appreciate these features may have been due to the room's accessible design, they made the bathroom less practical for my stay. For a 4-star hotel costing €370.50 for two nights, I was disappointed by the lack of amenities. Only shower gel and hand wash were provided—there was no shower cap or other complimentary toiletries that I'd normally expect at this standard and price. The hotel itself also felt tired and in need of refurbishment. The décor and facilities looked dated, and overall it didn't reflect the quality or value I'd expect from a 4-star hotel at this price point. Overall, while the room was clean, the outdated facilities, lack of expected amenities and impractical bathroom layout for me meant the hotel fell well short of my expectations. I don't feel the experience justified the price paid.

This is our second time staying in the area and our first time in this hotel. In 2022, we stayed 1 block away from this hotel at an apartment building above the Pizza de Roma restaurant. This hotel is in a great location for Disneyland goers, being next to Disneyland. It's 1 block from the RER A train station, and 1 stop from Disneyland. There is a small pastry place next to the train station where we got our coffee and breakfast. There is also a large grocery store called Carefree and a small convenience store called Diagonal. FYI, the Carefree store is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The hotel has a private parking garage inside another parking garage. You can't reserve, and it's first-come, first-served. The parking garage is nicer than the parking garage it's located in and is enclosed by automatic garage doors. The staff is very friendly. We didn't pay for breakfast since we usually bought ours at the pastry bakery. We didn't believe 19 euros a person was worth the breakfast. We booked a Classic Triple Room, and it was spacious. The room had carpet, which we didn't like. Our allergies started to flare up on our second-to-last day. The carpet looked old and dirty, and did not fit right with the room. They should put a hardwood floor in it instead. Paris was hit by a strong heatwave during our stay. The A/C worked up until our second-to-last day. It would only put out somewhat cold to warm air. It was very hot in the room. We asked the staff if they could check the A/C while we were out in Paris. I don't know if they did, but it was still warm in the room. Luckily, we were leaving the next day because we could not stay there another day; it was too hot. Overall, it's a solid 4-star hotel.

Stayed for a. week (currently our last night) with family (both young children and elder parents) across 2 family rooms. a. number of issues which you wouldn’t expect from a. 4 star ALL establishment: 1) One day we were left with a. clean hotel by housekeeping which had a. hole in it. 2) The hand wash in both rooms was empty and not changed by housekeeping. It was only when we asked for this to be replaced, it was replaced. Surely in a. 4 star hotel you shouldn’t need to ask for hand wash. In one of the rooms, this happened over 2 nights. 3) The drinking / coffee cups were never replaced and only when requested were they replaced. On one occasion when we asked for clean cups we were told to come down and get them ourselves. So not only were they not provided as you would expect as part of room cleaning, we were asked to go and get them ourselves. They were eventually brought up when my father said he wasn’t coming down. 4) I asked for some laundry bags and I was told that the hotel doesn’t have any. I have to wait until the following day when housekeeping is around. For a. 4 star hotel to say it doesn’t have laundry bags is farcical. I couldn’t believe I was being refused this. 5) The shower gel finished and wasn’t replaced (and is still empty as I write this). I spoke to reception about this and again was told housekeeping would deal with when around and was provided a. bottle of hand gel in the meantime! For the whole 7 nights (except 1), we were leaving quite early in the morning and coming back quite late. After long tiring days with young children and elder parents, you don’t want to come back to such silly issues. They seem minor but they are quite important things that you need and want to have available - and not having to chase such things up at close to midnight when you are tired. Also the cheek of the staff to ask my dad to go down himself and get a. clean cup was astonishing, as was the refusal of the staff member to provide me with a. laundry bag (which I still haven’t been provided). The staff didn’t really seem to want to resolve the issues rather just put them off and not even apologise.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of three while planning to spend the next two days of weekend at Disneyland. Its location close to the park and to the RER was very convenient. The room was comfortable and very clean, with enough space for all of us The town was nice with many dining options.

We have stayed at your hotel several times before and have always been satisfied with our experience. Unfortunately, our stay from Tuesday, May 24, to Friday, May 26, 2026, did not meet the standards of service and quality that we have come to expect from your hotel. On Wednesday afternoon, we returned to our room and noticed that the door had not been properly closed after housekeeping had cleaned the room. We immediately brought this to the attention of the housekeeper. We would also like to mention that the door had not been locking properly from the beginning of our stay. On Thursday afternoon, we decided to take a nap around 5:00 p.m. At approximately 5:30 p.m., there was a knock on our door and, once again, a housekeeper was standing outside our room. We found this disruptive and inappropriate, especially at that time of day. On Friday, the day of our departure, we were informed that we could remain in the room until 12:00 noon before checking out. Nevertheless, at approximately 11:30 a.m., there was another knock on the door and yet another housekeeper appeared at our room. She then walked away, leaving me to close the door myself. We found this behavior extremely irritating and unprofessional. It is not the level of service we are accustomed to receiving from your hotel, and we therefore felt it necessary to bring these issues to your attention.
