We enjoyed our stay, the front office and restaurant/bar staff was professional and very kind. However the bathroom would need to be refreshed, it looks old and there was mold on the tiles. The towels were also quite used and should be exchanged.

It was very near located in train station. Perfect for those who wants to go to Disneyland and la vallée village (under 15 or 20 minutes depending on traffic). Hotel interior was okay, not too modern but still comfortable. I told the team of my condition and they decorated the room, how thoughtful. As an ALL Platinum member, I was given room upgrade, but when I requested for early check-in, I was surprised to be charged 80 Euro. When I insisted the it was one of the benefits as Platinum member, then the hotel staff waived the fee. But aside of that, everything else was perfect. The front office Lady in charge (I forgot the name) during my check-in and check-out was so helpful and very accomodating.
