This was a nice Novotel in terms of the location was good and the room was refurbished however the food offering was disappointing. The evening meal was good quality but very expensive and a limited menu. The breakfast was disappointing- the cooked breakfast didn’t come with any mushrooms, tomatoes or beans and the bacon was not crispy. The pastries did not taste fresh. But overall it is as always a lovely hotel for the money with a good big secure car park making it easy to come and go to Disneyland Paris

First impressions good and breakfast was nice. Let down by a slightly tired room which wasn’t cleaned following our first night (plus coffee wasn’t replenished which was very disappointing). Only one of three running machines were working in the gym which meant I had to wait for someone to finish their workout before I could use it

This is a pleasant hotel not too far from Val d'Europe and the Disneyland parks. There is a modest pool although it is unheated. Aside from the hotel restaurant, there are a handful of other restaurants nearby although a convenience store is not nearby, one would have to drive out or take the bus.

We stayed a couple of days for disneyland visit and to explore paris after visiting southern france. The hotel was really nice and child friendly with a playground, pool, basketball net, table tennis etc. Okay gym, nice restaurant, 10/10 for all the staff, they were all really great! 10/10 if the commute was a bit easier. Since it was no bus or train nearby, taxi or own car was necessary. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay verry much!

The stay was ok, honestly I expected more. When we checked in the receptionist asked if we wanted to leave a 10% tip. Since we had booked 4 nights this would be a significant amount. We had the dog with us and got the room farthest from the entrance and it was I quite of a walk actually. The the second night the toilet got clogged and we had to change room. The carpet in the room got som serious dirty stains. (Same in both room we stayed in)The breakfast was the same every day and quite small. To type of bread, juice, egg and some ham and cheese. The location is good if you want to go to Disney or take the train to Paris. Disney is about a 20 min drive. The train station is about 10 min. It is a water station in the hallway which was were positive.

We have stayed at several Novotels over the years, and this was one of the nicest. The hotel felt bright, modern and welcoming throughout, and our room appeared recently refurbished, with excellent décor and presented in superb condition. It made for a very enjoyable overnight stay. The only area that could perhaps be improved relates to the arrival process. We had noted in our booking that we would be arriving after midnight and also contacted the hotel beforehand to let them know. Although the gentleman on reception was very friendly and courteous, he seemed surprised by our arrival and had some difficulty locating our booking, which made check-in take a little longer than expected. Similarly, when we went to breakfast the following morning, there was initially no record of us being hotel guests or included on the breakfast list. These were only minor administrative issues and were resolved without difficulty, and they certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to others.

Construction work going on, AC-not working, water leaking from roof. No any info that hotel is renovating rooms. There was also some sport team (over 20 young people) on same floor and behind the wall (noisy). Not the best option because we were travelling with young child (9 years)

We were coming back from a trip in the south of France and needed a conveniently located place to stay between Marne la Vallee TGV and CDG Roissy Airport. This hotel was our choice and the perfect balance between cost, location, and service. We recommend!
