The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The restaurant manager was rude and didn't make you feel welcomed. Acted like it was full and it was an inconvenience to seat us. There were many empty tables every night. We were paying guests and expected to be treated as such.

The hotel was good, check in was very straightforward and breakfast was good, but it was far too warm and our air conditioning either wasn't working properly or was just no good, so we had a terrible night's sleep and were roasted when getting ready in the morning. We were only there for one night, so there would have been no point complaining to the staff about the heat in the morning.

The overall experience was fine. Our room was really warm and even turning on the climate control, it did not help. Woke up in the mile of the night sweating.

A really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. Room was comfortable, my only negative was the air conditioning was not great. The room was quite hot through the night.
