The room was very nice and the staff super helpful, from arrival til check-out! We were there for visiting Disneyland, and with a little help from an app called Bolt, we easily got transport both way from hotel and Disneyland. Om arrival day we were missing showergel, but the staff was very helpful to fill up on day 2. And that’s the only reason that they “only” got 9 stars. The breakfast was god and hotel i general very clean and nice looking! I will come back som day, for another stay at the hotel! Kind regrets from Denmark!

Overall good experience, two things stand out: 1. Every time I am asked if it is my first visit to Novotel Collegien. I have booked all visits using my account so I would assume the staff at the reception can see this. A "nice to see you again" or "glad to see you return" sounds more friendly and welcoming than asking "if this is my first time here". I do not see how this can be a privacy thing (potentially, as we are all super afraid for any kind of using business data to service customers) as I opted myself booking the room with my Accor account. 2. I booked a Premium room which included some "free drinks" from the minibar. Too bad they are not restocked for the second night. I assume the second night is still a premium room?
