Nasty smell in hallway leading to car park Inflexible staff , would not move pre-paid booking by one night even though plenty of occupancy available No information prior to booking that pool was under construction Room had a stagnant smell also No bottled water available in room , fridge was empty Restaurant would not add invoice to room as separate operation

Loved my stay at the Sebal my room was great my views were amazing my only negative is when cleaning of the room pillowcases weren’t changed

At Night we put our granddaughter to bed then she was woken up twice by staff emptying bottles into recycling bin , very loud.

Staff were lovely. Sunnys restaurant was good for eating all day. Room service. We were able to walk to places as we didn't have a car.
