Starting of with the location - our family room was at the other end of the world - really a long walk with luggage and stuff to get there - forget something from the car … just leave it there. The theming - for me horrible and cheap - I get it old slot machines and games are cool- but that does not have to make your hotel look cheap and tacky. The staff was pretty unfriendly upon check in and not very helpful . The room was just a mix out of scuffed furniture an old carpet with stains and horrible pain. I mean a renovation is not just smacking paint over old stuff … horrible. Room was overlooking a busy highway (yeah - not even street) - and for some reason there were two windows - old one behind new one. Makes sense with all that street noise. Horrible don’t got there. Breakfast was ok - and they offered a water fountain for drinking at the lobby - the only nice things I can say about the hotel.

Very helpful (and English speaking) staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed, good AC, well-working wifi. All ingredients are here for a nice stay. I also like the hotel design an decor :) it is a nice touch.

I usually spend 4-6 nights per year in this hotel every time I travel to Spain. This last time it has been very disappointing. The breakfast time has been reduced from originally until 10:30, to 10:00 and this time to 09:30. The worse was that we service personnel removed the orange juice press at 09:00 saying that it was over, no more oranges available, even if there was a box plenty of them. He started tidying up at 09:00 removing madeleines and other things, so that we had to extremely hurry up. He was touching the food with his fingers and was very impolite to me. I haven’t experienced such a behaviour in all the years as an Accor customer. Very sad. I told the receptionist and she was not able to clarify the topic, just offered me a glass of bottled orange juice.
