Firstly the website was very vague and unclear about shared bathroom/toilet/shower, the information given was very ambiguous and led us to believe it’s a standard hotel like any other hotels. secondly the 2 rooms we booked as a family of 2+3 where miles apart, we were given room 117 and room 125 and when I asked the receptionist why the rooms are so far apart she reply very obnoxiously that the hotel is busy even though the booking was made 2 weeks previously. All in all not such a pleasant experience but we needed a bed to sleep in during a family visit around a corner from this establishment we got it.

When we got there our code for the door wasn’t working after trying many times, one guy working there finally came out after watching us this whole time yelling at us what was the problem. There was no hello or hey guys. He was really rude. The room was ok but the showers and toilets were completely disgusting. I would not recommend to anyone.
