We stayed in the hotel one night, during the travel back from Brittany to Italy. Hotel was clean and the staff very nice and friendly.

Smell strongly cigarette

The room smell very strong cigarette, the share toilet has no toilet paper the time i use at night nor the other morning. I stayed 2 night and i do not expect room cleaning, i left my personal item in a mess while expacting no one will touch, then the housekeeping came and did the bed. There is no DND sign for people to put the option so the housekeeper do no come in, i do not appreciate someone come in and touch my stuff while i expect they should not.

Warehouse hotel in industrial estate

Needed a hotel close to the airport. I’ve stayed in many Accor properties so had some expectation of basic hotel but was not aware of F1 communal showers and toilets. If it said F 1 hostel cool but it said F 1 hotel. No towels in room and hard to find staff to question do we get towels? And as for asking for an extra pillow well that was impossible. Staff showed no interest in customer service. Finally it wasn’t even cheap. If your think F 1 please don’t!
