Overall experience was good. However I have received an email after checking out that the hotel wanted to charge me for a breakfast I didn’t have. Therefore I had to communicate with the team and they corrected the mistake. One evening when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed the door was open. It had probably been left behind after cleaning, but there was nothing missing from my room.

Catastrophique du diner à la chambre

J ai payé deux nuits pour la suite privilège 405 pour ma nuit de noces cette chambre n avait pas de clim je l ai signalé plusieurs fois au réceptionniste qui n' a trouvé d autre solution que de me demander d ouvrir la fenêtre. C est hallucinant, je dors dans la chaleur le matin je demande à nouveau a ce que la clim soit vérifiee le chef de réception vient constater qu elle ne fonctionne pas bien il nous délogé mais au lieu de nous mettre dans une chambre du même standing il nous met dans une chambre standard en précisant que comme dédommagement nous aurons une nuit offerte. Je paie deux nuits supplémentaire pour dimanche et lundi ma mère prend 3 nuits dont elle paie 2 et laisse une a ma charge. Le chef de réception me fait savoir que je n' aurai aucune nuit supplémentaire a payer étant donné que j ai été délogez de la suite qui faisait 212 euros pour une chambre de 90 euros et que le montant de la suite couvrait la 3e chambre prise par ma mère. A ma grande surprise le mardi en allant me rassurer du fait qu il me restait une nuit comme l avait dit le chef de réception je me retrouve a payer en plus 35 euros et ne bénéficier d aucune nuit. Donc je n'ai pas été dédommagée pour mon delogement et j ai payé plus que ce que je devais payer normalement. L' équipe de réception ne maîtrise pas les procédures d'accueil et satisfaction client. Je suis très déçue je suis du domaine hôtelier j ai été dans d'autres mercure mais celui de Genas je ne le recommanderais pas.

Déçus Nous séjournons tous les ans dans cet établissement et depuis l’année dernière il se dégrade en prestations Service moyen Plus rien dans les chambres si ce n’est des capsules de café …. Pas de gobelets propres dans l’espace sport serviettes entassées Que se passe t’il?

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht, diese waren sauber und die Betten einfach spitze. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn, daher von uns sehr praktisch, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Die Mitarbeiter alle samt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super abwechslungsreich und reichlich.

Accueil très moyen, clim non réglable dans la chambre, on nous demande de couper la clim sur le tableau électrique non accessible et verrouillé, et on nous dit qu'il faut se munir d'un lime à ongle !
