Staff are really polite and very helpful. If I was being picky, they forgot to include the water in my room, but other than that, a pleasant stay.

All was good except some.idiot from reception calling me and waking me up at 23:16 - especially as all he wanted to know whether I had dined in the restaurant previously that evening..... Yes I had dined in said restaurant and paid before leaving to retire in my room. I was now wide awake and it ended up being a long long night - shame as the hotel and staff were nice except said IDIOT!

We spent five nights in a row at Mercure Genas during the FIP exhibition. The hotel is well located, silent during the night. The room is confortable, the restaurant offers a real nice cooking and the personal is very friendly.
