I have been using this Hotel since 2002. However, I'm not entirely sure why this HVAC system cannot be a little more user-friendly. In the summer, it's too hot, and in the winter, the room only gets down to 20 °C. Fortunately, the reception provided me with an additional heater, which solved this issue. Except for this, I guess, this is a very good hotel, and the staff is also full pro.

Good location, with supermarket/bakery just across the road. Comfortable room, nice garden, small swimming pool. But, the key cards kept getting errors, we had to ask reception to reset numerous times, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Also, the cleaners didn't always care that we put do not disturb sign on the door. They still came in anyway, which woke me up! Though they left quickly, I wasn't able to get back to sleep.

Travelled here in August for pitstop on the way to the South of France. This is the third review I have written and they all get deleted. February no water in the morning, this time just poor service. Previous time they gave away our booked room and we had to move at 1am to another hotel across the city.

The hotel is in a good location. However service within the hotel is extremely poor. When checking in the person in front was offered breakfast and directed to their room. However we were not just given the key and told the door number. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was superb but we waited to order, then people around us arrived and recieved their food, we waited around 30 minutes between courses. We ordered a desert and coffee which never arrived as we gave up waiting. It appeared there were a number of seasonal young staff, often chatting and standing around. Nobody appeared to managing or supervising. We also ordered two beers, one was OK but the other was not filled correctly with lots of froth. I asked if he could fill it properly and was told he couldn't do that as this was how it was done. It was ridiculous as you could see the two drinks were completely different. I always use Accor but was left very disappointed after this stay

We have always stayed in the higher category rooms when we stay, so we’re not aware the standard did not have a fridge. The staff acted immediately and found us one (of two booked) an upgraded room due to needing the fridge for medications. Staff lovely, food in the evening was very good.
