Ideal for my needs, room 1119 was comfortable, view of car park, window could open to air room if needed as the air con didn't seem to work. No coffee machine or coffee available in the room only a kettle for tea, whilst my colleague who also booked a same level of room, had a coffee machine and snacks available in her room. The mattress was 2 singles that had been put together, but they kept moving in the night. I had to strip my bed and zip them together like they where supposed to be and re make my bed. Shower and shampoo provided was a nice scent, towels nice and fluffy. No entertainment in the rooms, no information available in the rooms about breakfast local area etc. I scanned the QR codes available which took me to a broken website that didn't move away from the unhelpful title page, the tv had a useful hotel info menu on it for a brief moment and then moved onto a chrome cast system that i couldn't get off of again. As someone who doesn't own a chrome, google cast i couldn't use the TV, and as a non native speaker it was quite confusing and left me with no entertainment for a week and no idea of what was going on in the hotel. I only found the gym per chance one evening whilst on a walk. Quite most of the time, welcoming reception, bar and restaurant that was very colorful and playful with unique items on display. Pool area never seemed open so i was unable to use this facility. All staff friendly, and helpful especially for a not native french speaker, Breakfast was great, enjoyed the full frame of honey every morning such a special treat. I found the other items on offer quite limited, pastries, yogurt, fruit, small selection of cheese and ham, plus a small selection of hot breakfast items. After a week did get bored of them. Cocktails where OK, restaurant food on the evening was good with a great selection of desserts. I also do not seem to have been awarded the point for my stay.

Very clean, room was spacious for the family. Very nice breakfast and free parking. Modern design. It was great to play the kicker with our kids downstairs.

Usual Novotel standard, good restaurant but noisy when window opened and room which was not done for the 2nd night (I said I wanted it to be done at the check-in). Water in the room also a problem with water fountain far from the room and no jug (only cardboard glasses, not so sustainable)
