Room was quiet, clean, with clean bedding and with towels being replaced next morning. We were not able to warm up the room using the “heating” function on the AC and the bathroom needs refurbishment.

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your discomfort regarding the room temperature and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the unusually high temperatures experienced in April and early May, our hotel had already switched the entire system to air conditioning mode. Our installation operates with a centralized system managed on the rooftop by an external technical company, which unfortunately does not allow us to switch back to heating mode on an individual room basis. However, our reception team is available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance to our guests in case of any discomfort, including providing portable heaters depending on availability. well situated, fast check in, but room was really cold and the airconditioning and tv remote were not working properly

Gezinskamer, compact maar goed voor 1 nacht. Airco werkt maar er hing een vieze geur in de kamer. Goede bedden en kussens. Goede douche ook.
