Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to read that you appreciated our reception team, the location of the hotel, the room size and the breakfast offered. Regarding the air conditioning, we have not encountered any technical issues with the system in room 118. As part of our environmental commitment, all of our fan coil units are limited to a minimum temperature of 20°C, which may sometimes give the impression that the air conditioning is not cooling sufficiently. We are also sorry to learn about your concern regarding the bed linen in room 108. Please note that all of our linen is managed and professionally cleaned by an external laundry company. Nevertheless, we take this type of comment very seriously and will not hesitate to pass this information on to our supplier for further investigation. Finally, our reception team remains available 24 hours a day to assist our guests with any request. In the morning, the receptionist is also responsible for overseeing the breakfast service, which may occasionally require them to be away from the reception desk for a short period. Thank you again for your comments, which help us maintain and improve the quality of our services. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again during a future stay. Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your discomfort regarding the room temperature and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the unusually high temperatures experienced in April and early May, our hotel had already switched the entire system to air conditioning mode. Our installation operates with a centralized system managed on the rooftop by an external technical company, which unfortunately does not allow us to switch back to heating mode on an individual room basis. However, our reception team is available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance to our guests in case of any discomfort, including providing portable heaters depending on availability.
