Top notch for the staff & the big TV screen well located in front of the bed. The green light on the thermostat and the low quality sound proof (indoor & outdoor) are somewhat disturbing for a good night's sleep.

I checked in online, received the keys within minutes upon arrival. Check out was less than 1 minute. Front Desk staff were most helpful answering questions about the city and logistics of using public transport. The room was nice and clean. I did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Accomendation plus staff was really nice! Only little issue was that our 3rd bed was not put up by the time we arrived and we needed to call reception to help us build it.

I stayed for 11 days nothing changes in your breakfast menu not even the location of each food item, very boring you should a live counter at least for eggs. Rooms can do with some paintings. For many days your room air conditioning was not working one cannot adjust the temperature. On opening of windows there is lot of traffic noise.

Pleasant , good breakfast. I would like as your Ibis hotel to serve many type of cheese, not only 2 or 3. Because I have stay 9 days at Ibis Carre de Soia - would be polite to announce me within 2 days before the fact as your Hotel not have available rooms. I have extended my stay at hotel with more than 3 days - the reception desk know this fact and I have wanted to extend again with 2 more days, the answer from Reception was - my room it is already booked by other person and I need to leave the Hotel and next day I have left Ibis de Soia. I hope that other persons will not have similar experience. Marius

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was excellent, check in/out process was easy and the room was exactly what we expected. The only minor complaint is that there isn’t a ton of restaurants nearby and they don’t serve dinner, only breakfast.

Crazy busy, but handled it like pros

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being incredibly busy with a lot of guests. We were there, along with tons of other Americans, for the Women's World Cup final. They assisted us in finding restaurants, mailing postcards, directions and printing documents. Very efficient and accommodating.
