I stayed for 8 nights in 2 seoerate visits over 2 weeks, my only issue is the lack of storage in rooms, my 1st room had 3 hangers, I asked 3 times for more hangers, and was told you were fully booked I suggested asking housekeeping and was told they didint have any, these are cheap plastic hangers and with no coat hooks in the rooms I would suggest adding more hangers is an inexpensive way to manage the lack of storage.

Clean… Comfortable… Suitably equipped… Conveniently located for all aspects of the trip. Hôtel was well placed for the event we needed to navigate by car to, while additionally well positioned to the train for easy access to Lyon and Groupama Stadium.

Globalement bon séjour. L'hôtel est très bien localisé, à 2 pas du tram et du métro. Belle vue et environment calme. Petit bémol sur le ménage qui n'a pas été fait même quand on le réclame et le petit déjeuné qui est assez pauvre en choix.

Nous sommes ravis d’apprendre que vous avez apprécié la localisation de notre établissement ainsi que le calme et la vue qu’il offre. Votre remarque positive sur l’accueil d’Anthony, notre réceptionniste, nous touche particulièrement — nous ne manquerons pas de le féliciter pour son professionnalisme et sa réactivité. Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés concernant le service de ménage. Il est effectivement prévu qu’un nettoyage complet soit assuré le 3ème jour en cas de participation au programme de réduction du ménage, et nous regrettons que cela n’ait pas été respecté malgré votre demande expresse à la réception. Cette situation ne reflète pas le niveau de qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, encore moins lorsqu’un incident tel que celui que vous décrivez survient.
