The room was fine but... First, Safebox was closed when arriving. Second, was that door did not open when I went back to the room later on. Third, Soap dispensors were empty. Very positive was the evening diner in the restaurant and also the kindness of the complete team.

The hotel is located right next to the metro and train stations to the city center and the airport, respectively. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, we were satisfied with out stay and would recommend the hotel.

We come often to your hotel since our European office is close by. I’ve noticed a fast degradation of the quality of the room (had 704 this tine): dirty, stained wall, smelly, no cloth hanger, dirty cloth left in the room by maintenance before I arrived, etc. I hope you can revert the trend because our staff and I enjoy staying at your hotel. Your staff is friendly ans helpful, as always.
