A bit scary. The QR code to get direct support does not work, room was not fully equipped with what it should have had.

Very disappointed on the fact that the hotel does not have a microwave available for customers. And they refused to heat up my food. I was under a restrictive diet due to health issues and I took my own frozen food in a small 200mL container (only for me, not for all my famille). I asked at the reception desk, but they refused to heat up as the hotel does not place microware for customers. This is the first time I faced this situation in a hotel.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage, the light in our bedroom was faulty and the shower barely worked.
