Family of four, we had two adjoining rooms. Bathroom doors didn't close , and the rooms had a strong smell about them !? We are non smokers , but suspect we were given smoking rooms . Breakfast was really disappointing. Cold eggs and bacon, fruit juice subpar , fresh orange squeezer barely worked. Some fruit items from buffet were off and rotting (brown pineapple ). We are used to a better standard of facilities and food from Novotel brand!

Well located, nice sandwhiches closeby, the rooms were very quiet for a hotel, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the whole place gave a cosy relaxed vibe.

Large room with very good bedding Large breakfast choice and nice staff Weird smell in the corridor (2nd floor) and room on arrival but I opened the window and I got much better in a couple of minutes

I just wanted a break from daily chaos and that's exactly what I got. After an exhausting day, being able to relax on a very comfortable bed and enjoy the Rituals soaps and shampoo available, helped me truly rest. I'll happily come back for a longer stay next time. In addition, I must have been a pain asking staff silly questions, but they were absolutely adorable.
