Perfect hotel for a short stay. Clean and spacious room and good bathroom. Enough choice for breakfast. The only problem was the airco which could not be switched off and made a lot of noice during the night.

Good clean well soundproofed hotel. Business people though need a small desk to work, with good lamp lighting. I had to ask to get a desk and chair installed. Also, at breakfast, the egg boiler was well calcified, sometimes Low on water, sometimes not working. Customers or staff keep pressing the off button and twice in my stay was not able to boil the egg. This needs to be fixed by design; tape off the on/off button!

Very well located for WALIBI Belgium, excellent bed, room and shower.

Excellent hotel, room are 5* modern spacious bathroom with top rated shower. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff were so nice, we really enjoyed the lobby area. Drinks well priced but food was quite expensive. Room rate was very competitive. Proximity to train station, supermarket and WALIBI were perfect for us.

Overall the hotel was pleasing the room on the other hand was less pleasing the room was full of dust and for someone who is allergic to that is not a good experience. There were marks of mold and in a 4star hotel you don't expect that. The breakfast was good.

Delicious breakfast and civilised, clean room, somewhat undone by important things. Water was never hot enough. Check-in woman was somewhat unfriendly. Biggest problem was Walibi package which was great but the hotel had somehow not reserved correctly which led us to a lot of stress and worry before the trip. Only one person: Latifa at the hote was so so so so nice and helpful and sorted it! She deserves a promotion. Also, there was an advertised pool and yet when we got there it was not heated! In Belgium in the Autumn?! The woman at reception just said “it’s normally just not advertised”. Well, look at the internet it’s all over the pictures! So, that was a disappointment since we brought our swimsuits. So over all a lot of dissapointment for our holiday but we made the best of it!

Great room, spacious with a very confortable bed. Good amenities, including coffee and tea making and a very large TV. Friendly staff at the reception. Modern feel. Free parking and convenient location to reach Brussels.

Friendly welcome at the reception. Comfortable, clean, large room with excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast could be better; there was not much left when I got to the breakfast room and yet I arrived well before the end of the breakfast service. I asked for a fried egg and was told it was not possible. A little bit more effort needed here. Pity, apart from the breakfast, the overall experience was good.

Our stay was fine. Bed and room pleasant. Breakfast was quite plain. If you come by electric car, make sure it's a Tesla. There are about 20 Tesla charging spots but no options to charge any other type of car.

When making the reservation for a visitor, I had to indicate my credit card to guarantee the reservation in case of a late check-in. Upon departure, my visitor - who was supposed to pay for his room - was told at the reception that the payment is taken over by our company, he left without paying and my credit card was charged! Unbelievable!!!

Parking is convenient and as soon as you enter the hotel, you come into a vast, well lighted and very pleasant lobby. Confortable 3 person room. Good breakfast. Only negative point, the sewage smell between the lobby and the lift , mentioned already in some reviews on 22/8 remains. The hotel should really do something about it and this would become one of the best place to stay when in the area.

New Novotel in Wavre, parking available with battery recharging stations for e-cars, restaurant not cheap. Continental breakfast and nice bar open 24/24. Some meeting rooms and very nice fitness room with cardio and techogym equipment. The room was nice, confortable with a big tv and small table.

Fantastic visit to Walibi

We had a great family trip to Walibi Park. Room was lovely and fresh, felt like a 5* quality. I informed the hotel about our early arrival and they had the room ready for us when we arrived. The bar area is nice, with a kids corner with video games table, cartoons and swings. Our 5 year old was delighted and kept occupied, which meant we could enjoy our drink. We did not use the restaurant as food prices were too high for us, but found bar prices OK (5.10 for a large Stella). The pool was too cold, so didn't go for a swim. Walk to Walibi Park less than 1km, we did it in less than 15 min. Train station is also close, 10 min walk. we got the train to Brussels airport (50 min with one change in Leuven). Carrefour supermarket not too far either. All in all, it was a great experience. I would like to return in future, but would hope to see restaurant prices improve. Big thank you to all the staff.

Workers starting making noise from 7AM every morning with drills and furnitures.... I don't understand why knowbody advice you before booking or at the desk. why they don't ask to the fitting companies to start to work from 10AM.

Hi , i was there for 5 days with family(Without Breakfast) , it was a very nice Hotel ,on day i tried to get my breakfast in the hotel , It was a Very bad experience . they ofred us a frozen baguette a very poor buffet .and expensive (20 euros)

Good location for the parks, the hotel itself was in renovating works so.. a bit noisy. Old room, smelly, dated carpet etc. Probably with the owner change in the future will look better. Until then the only plus is the breakfast and location.
