This is what a modern hotel should look like. Great location, clean, functional but with sufficient tech resources in rooms and common areas for everyone. Breakfast was efficient as well and the price was just tremendously good value. One of the best stays we have had.

We arrived at the hotel around 22h and left the next morning around 10am. The room (2 adults + 1 child) was nice but the supplementary bed had not been prepared. The person at the reception was very nice and helped us quite efficiently but the overall situation was nevertheless unconvenient. Breakfast (around 9 am) was not very tasty and many of the service dishes + drinks (e.g. no oranges in the organge-juice machine) were empty. The only two persons available could definitely not cope with the whole service given the number of guests present.

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for 9 years even before it was a Novotel staying 2 nights every 2 to 4 weeks (excluding the 2 covid years). Having just returned from my last trip I won’t be going back. The hotel has recently removed it full menu from the restaurant and replaced it with a simple limited choice snack menus. Not something business users will want on a regular basis.

I have stayed few times over the last weeks and I think you could do much better. Each day the cleaning lady of the rooms forgets something, do not clean properly, etc. This week when I checked in I found a lady’s comb next to my bed… this is an example of what I always see. Also every evening there is a group of workers playing cards in the lobby making noise. They leave around 21:30pm. The lobby is a common area and I cannot understand why they allow this. It is not nice to sit in the lobby and have to listen to those guys.

at the entrance and the hall there was a very bad sewer smell.... the room was very cold at the arrival, lesser of 15C° unbelievable and it was difficult to adjust and made wormer the room.

Not in the average Novotel. No bottle of water in the room, also the bathroom products are limited. Restaurant with a limited list of dishes from the menu. Good beers with a nice lobby to have fun after work. A lot of parking places in front of the hotel also for Tesla

New Novotel in Wavre, parking available with battery recharging stations for e-cars, restaurant not cheap. Continental breakfast and nice bar open 24/24. Some meeting rooms and very nice fitness room with cardio and techogym equipment. The room was nice, confortable with a big tv and small table.

We had a great family trip to Walibi Park. Room was lovely and fresh, felt like a 5* quality. I informed the hotel about our early arrival and they had the room ready for us when we arrived. The bar area is nice, with a kids corner with video games table, cartoons and swings. Our 5 year old was delighted and kept occupied, which meant we could enjoy our drink. We did not use the restaurant as food prices were too high for us, but found bar prices OK (5.10 for a large Stella). The pool was too cold, so didn't go for a swim. Walk to Walibi Park less than 1km, we did it in less than 15 min. Train station is also close, 10 min walk. we got the train to Brussels airport (50 min with one change in Leuven). Carrefour supermarket not too far either. All in all, it was a great experience. I would like to return in future, but would hope to see restaurant prices improve. Big thank you to all the staff.

Workers starting making noise from 7AM every morning with drills and furnitures.... I don't understand why knowbody advice you before booking or at the desk. why they don't ask to the fitting companies to start to work from 10AM.

Hi , i was there for 5 days with family(Without Breakfast) , it was a very nice Hotel ,on day i tried to get my breakfast in the hotel , It was a Very bad experience . they ofred us a frozen baguette a very poor buffet .and expensive (20 euros)

Good location for the parks, the hotel itself was in renovating works so.. a bit noisy. Old room, smelly, dated carpet etc. Probably with the owner change in the future will look better. Until then the only plus is the breakfast and location.

The hotel is under renovation. Staff is very polite and helpful. We stayed two nights and the hotel was our base to visit Brussels, Brugge, Gent and Antwerp by car. Free parking. Fast free wifi.Breakfast was OK. Plenty of space for kids to play outside. Judjing by the reception the hotel will be very good after renovation.

rtapp2018 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

This is a pleasant hotel which will again be really nice when the very extensive refurbishment currently underway is complete - apparently in January 2019. In the meantime it is very compromised with limited reception, restaurant and other facilities and limited rooms available, making it difficult for the staff to operate it effectively in spite of their best efforts.
