Good location. Parking good. Quiet. Clean. Bed comfortable but bedding much too heavy. However, the shower door leaked (and must have been doing so for some time) so that the floor was completely flooded after my shower and I had spend 10 minutes mopping to floor before I could exit the bathroom. The basin also took absolutely ages to drain - clearly this had also been like this for some considerable time. I reported both of these issues on my departure and hopefully they have been addressed it made my stay quite unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

Our second stay at Heverlee and another great experience. Large, clean and quiet room. Well positioned Hotel which was ideal for visiting family in Leuvan and onward travels. Great to have the refreshments and retail services directly by the hotel. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay. The room was clean, neat and we'll provisioned with bathroom toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the shower is larger than normal hotel showers. The staff were friendly and professional speaking English and willing to help as required. The breakfast is a wholesome continental type and the staff member renewed items as soon as they were eaten. Overall a great stay.
