However, I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, especially regarding the cleanliness of the paper cups, the fluctuating hot water, the limited power outlets, and the breakfast selection. Dear, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. We truly appreciate your honest comments and are pleased to read that you found our location convenient and our team very friendly. Your perfect scores for our staff means a lot to us. That said, we are sincerely sorry to read about your negative experience in the shower and, most importantly, with the towels. This is absolutely not the level of cleanliness and comfort we aim to offer our guests. Finding stained towels and hair is unacceptable, and we fully understand how this can create an unpleasant and uncomfortable feeling, especially after a shower. Please accept our sincere apologies for this lapse in our housekeeping standards.
