Booking in advance was easy. It is located close to the motorway and there is an easy on-ramp towards Brussels directly from the hotel; the route to the hotel takes a bit longer via a back road. However, there was no noise from the motorway. A good welcome at the reception, which is open 24 hours a day, and a very well-prepared breakfast. Starbucks, Burger King, and a gas station are located 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Additionally, EV chargers are available. The room was clean and had a nice shower with a toilet and sink. A tip, however, is to bring your own extension cord with a power strip, as there are only two sockets in the hotel room.

Friendly staff, clean room, pleasant location for a walk in the woods and to the castle and its park (30 mins). On the downside, only Burger King for an evening meal, but the shop at the services is well stocked. The bedroom walls were soundproof - but not the doors - beware. Excellent buffet breakfast, best Ibis one I’ve had.

The hotel was well located and the room was quiet. The paper cups in the room were used/dirty, the water pressure in the shower was good but the hot water kept getting colder, the breakfast was pretty skimpy for the price paid, and there were very few power outlets in the room.
