I booked a 15 m² room, but the actual space I measured was closer to 10 m², felt cramped (possibly it is 15 m² if you include walls and bathroom). Asked for a larger room yet was told mine was the largest. Located on the top floor with a slanted ceiling, it was impractical; at 185 cm, I couldn’t stand upright in about one-third of the room. The only window was a skylight. Tiny bathroom. Water flow and pressure in shower are low. Not convenient. Pillows were small and very soft. If you need proper neck support, request in advance. Breakfast was a bit disappointing selection-wise; no paper napkins were available unless requested. Even then, they gave me 1 ... begged for more and got 3 ... apparently guests hoard them, so hotel has simply removed them. On the plus side, despite being near a highway, my room was quiet at night. Also, staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is near shopping malls, highway, easy to reach anywhere.
