Very good and efficient service. All of the IBIS WATERLOO Staffs are very professional in their capacity. ACCOR seems like a very good brand and I will definitely be a Loyal customer to ACCOR brands. Last but not least.. BIG THANK YOU for all of the Staffs at IBIS WATERLOO( from the Chamber maids to the Front Office ) for making my 22 days a very comfortable... lovely and peaceful stay. WELL DONE!. Big Thank you again.

Fantastic friendly staff Clean (basic) room ibis waterloo is what it should (but more)

The staff good as always. But still no restaurant on site.

It is wonderful to hear that you consistently find our staff to be friendly and supportive. Your compliments, particularly about the night manager, are truly appreciated by our entire team. We strive to make every guest feel comfortable and well cared for during their visit.That said, we regret that some elements of your stay fell short of your expectations. While we do not offer a full-service restaurant on the premises, we do have a 24-hour bar serving snacks and light meals to accommodate our guests. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding accessibility, WiFi, and value for money, and we will take these points into account as we work to improve our services.Nonetheless, it is encouraging to learn that you would recommend both our hotel and the ALL loyalty programme. - Bad smell in the room - No kettle for tea/coffee - Heating not working - there was a problem with the A/C in the hotel. Despite putting it at 32C only cold wind was blowing so I had to switch it off. It was very cold in the room. - Very dirty carpets in the hotel - Fungi in the shower (room 419) - The insulation of the electrical wire of the hairdryer was damaged.
