Staff member on duty was great, very helpful. Aircon wasn’t working when we went to bed, he turned it on downstairs but it never really got cold. It was ancient aircon and so so noisy - like a pneumatic drill. Also for the size of the family room there were only two plugs. None by the bedsides at all. There were two fans in the room. One was broken and didn’t rotate. The two sockets were in one area and so if you had two fans going from the same socket there was no more to charge anything. Plus where the fold out bed was around a corner there were no sockets at all. The guy at reception was helpful and gave us a plug extension but again two sockets were located in just one area of the room. The food in the restaurant was as expected (microwaved) which we don’t mind but please let the price of it reflect that it’s microwaved and not chrarge gourmet prices. Also we were quoted 54.00€ for two adults and two children for breakfast. Given that the restaurant meals were microwaved I can’t imagine the breakfast would be gourmet for that price. Parking was good, and we had free water to fill up our bottles (although lukewarm). The one-man-band running the place was very good and very helpful but he was obviously up against it checking people in, sorting the restaurant meals etc.
