However, we apologize for the issues you encountered in your room, particularly with the bathroom door and the cleanliness. Dear Adam, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are delighted to hear that our reception staff was able to assist you with your lost phone, and we appreciate your kind words about their excellent service. We understand your concerns about the lack of an in-house restaurant and the noise in the bathroom. While we do not have a restaurant within the hotel, we offer a 24-hour snack menu at our bar, and there is an independent restaurant in the same building. As for the noise, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We recommend requesting a room at the back of the building for a quieter experience during your next stay.
