Close to center of Waterloo and also main shopping centers as well as tennis club and soccer club . Located in quiet area and has excellent service with great attitude

The perks - beds are comfy, parking is free, it was clean and staff are friendly. The negatives - the rooms are cramped- not much space around beds and sloping ceilings. No air conditioning and when we opened the windows, wasps came in so it was super hot. The breakfast is expensive and there is no tea and coffee in the rooms. It is all a little dated and run down. Would not return and it was our first time in ibis and don’t think we will use them again.

Our team strives to provide a warm welcome to all of our guests, so it's wonderful to hear that you found our staff friendly. However, we are sorry to hear that there were aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. While we're glad to note that all our bathrooms are equipped with shower rooms and we offer toiletries for purchase, we understand your concerns regarding the room temperature and space. We are pleased to inform you that our hotel offers 80 rooms with air conditioning, and for the rooms without, extra fans are available upon request for added comfort. Moreover, we acknowledge your comments on the breakfast pricing, which is aligned with Ibis hotels in Belgium due to taxes and the extensive variety we provide. Additionally, our windows are designed to be fully opened for fresh air, and we regret any inconvenience with the natural elements outside. Nonetheless, we take pride in the prime location of our hotel, ideally situated in the city center of Waterloo, close to the business district and major attractions. We hope that this, along with our 24-hour reception and snack service, added some convenience to your stay. The entire team really hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion. This was our first stop on a Western Europe road trip, we we’re hot, tired and in much need of rest - we found comfort, clean amenities, air conditioning and hot showers at ibis. Really well located for what I considered town centre but also close enough to R0/E19 so it wasn’t a chore to get off or back on to the motorway. If I was going to spend more time in Waterloo I would definitely stay here
