Parking is free. That was the only positive I can say. Rooms not well maintained, not clean, outdated. When entering the breakfast area around 7:30, all breakfast food had been plundered by a touring car group. Coffee machine didn’t function. We left knowing that we would never return.

However, we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your recent visit to our hotel. We regret the shortcomings you encountered in your accommodation and sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding cleanliness standards. Our housekeeping team is always available to address these situations promptly when reported. We also understand your frustration with the morning meal service and the equipment malfunction you experienced. Our breakfast buffet is replenished multiple times during service hours from 6:00 to 10:00, and we take note of your feedback regarding the timing. Additionally, we acknowledge the communication challenges you faced at reception and will take your comments into consideration for future training. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
