We stayed for 1 night on January 1st. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was, the beds were very comfortable, with an extra two pillows in the room, the shower was a lot larger than other hotels in the same chain! Staff on reception were very pleasant and welcoming! Only thing to note was the window in our room wouldn’t shut properly so it got a little chilly and there was toothpaste smudged up the bedroom wall when we arrived!

Is a good hotel, good location, friendly staff. Have stayed many times and will stay again. Only downside is the noise of the ventilators outside at the back. It didn't allow for the window to be opened duringcthe night.

I arrived late and cold.I had a problem with a new credit card. Tibo was welcoming and patient and we sorted the problem. Instant hot food and a clean room.

Very good and efficient service. All of the IBIS WATERLOO Staffs are very professional in their capacity. ACCOR seems like a very good brand and I will definitely be a Loyal customer to ACCOR brands. Last but not least.. BIG THANK YOU for all of the Staffs at IBIS WATERLOO( from the Chamber maids to the Front Office ) for making my 22 days a very comfortable... lovely and peaceful stay.
