Multiple rooms, different floors, same problem, the sink is always clogged. Cleaning the room is resumed to just changing towels snd arrange the bed, no cleaning, dust is building to the level thag houcan see it on all your stuff..

We regularly use this hotel as our halfway stop to the UK. The rooms are clean and functional, dogs are welcome and the staff are always friendly. The bathrooms/plumbing definitely need upgrading. My husband showered and the drain was blocked. The problem could only be attended to the next day. The room faced the street, so noise-sensitive people would not have had a quiet night’s sleep.
