The corridor floor was dirty and smelly. The airconditioning was not working. Our room was not cleaned after the first night and the bathroom after the second night. We had to go to the reception desk for clean towels. There was no manager during breakfast, that could have kept everything in order and clean. In the situation, that loafs of bread have to be cut by the quests, there should be a linnen or cotton napkin on the bread loafs. Without it, every quest will take the bread loaf in his/ her hands in order to cut of a slice and that is very dirty. We have been staying in many Ibis hotels around Europe, but Ibis Waterloo was not even the quality of Ibis Budget. For the rate we paid, a bad experience.
