The online booking service was simple and efficient. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean but need a little maintenance with skirting lose. My only negative comment is not really associated with the hotel itself but we asked reception to book taxi for us on two occasions, which was to our satisfaction. The only problem is the fare paid was double through the hotel than the return trip.

Good experience, as anticipated based on previous visits. Thanks for placing me in a 300-level room, as an injured foot would have made stairs difficult. I looked for the daily news pages (offered in several languages on previous visits) but I suppose it is now expected that everyone reads this on their phone?

Parking limited space , long wall around to reception in driving rain. Room allocated was in poor decorative order On ground floor with a container right outside.

Well located, clean, good breakfast: almost everything a male guest could want. The only problem I had was that there is no power point close to the bed. This meant that I couldn't both charge my phone and use it to listen to recording whilst falling asleep. What was a minor problem for me is, though, extremely female unfriendly. All the women I know use hairdryers, curlers, etc. They need a power point close to a mirror. But in (at least) this hotel room, the only two power points are above the desk; the mirror is far away on another wall. A possible solution for both problems: get a supply of extension cables and put a nice note in the room: "If you'd like an extension cable, just ask reception". Your female guests will be eternally grateful!

I booked a room for my elderly parents. They were happy enough but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel is basic, well located, nothing special and expensive. I think there must be something with a better quality price in the region.
