An excellent affordable choice with good in-house and local facilities, a definite go-to choice both outbound and homebound from the UK. Roos are a little tired but still functional, clean and comfortable.

I wass visiting friends in Waterloo so the location was ideal. I spent four nights here and had no issues at all. I was comfortable, happy with the breakfasts and the staff were super helpful. Free parking always available behind the hotel.

Terrible experience, as I got bed bug bites - I will not stay at this hotel again
