Our team works diligently to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. However, we regret to hear that the breakfast experience did not fully meet your expectations. We strive to offer a diverse selection of items in our all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. During peak hours, our breakfast area can indeed become busy, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and will take your feedback into consideration as we evaluate our breakfast offerings and processes. We regret to hear about the challenges you faced with the shower hose and the subsequent communication gap that led to it not being resolved during your stay.
