I reported a broken/split shower hose at 9am on Saturday and came back late afternoon and hose not fixed. Mentioned it again and was told nothing on the system about it. Still nothing done by time I left on Monday morning. It’s such a simple thing to get right, Again with Breakfast. early Monday morning, no sausages and only an Intern on duty at the breakfast bar but knew nothing about the food on offer! This is my second visit and again I’m rating you on two simple bits of service missing plus as you will see an issue re breakfast. Additionally, room 308 seems to have the headboard to the bed right next to next door room where water cistern pipes seem to be filling for a very long time after next room have finished their business

We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the booking system delay and the inability to stream content as expected. We are continually working on improving our technical capabilities to prevent such occurrences. Additionally, we take your comments regarding the noise in room 308 seriously and will investigate further to ensure our guests' peace and comfort. We apologize for any disturbance this may have caused. Finally, our Go Green program has currently replaced the old towel policy.
