If someone saying or talking on the phone on the corridor, you can hear it. If the neighboring room has visitor and they are chatting, you can hear it. Very very poor for staying.

Acoustic insulation between rooms could be better. Everything else was superb (room size is not so important for me). I especially appreciate friendliness of the personnel.
