The room was supposed to be for 2 people and a pet. But it was so small that the door could not open fully because it was blocked by the bed. There was no space for two suitcases. The hotel accepts pets, but there is no room for any pet, perhaps a hamster? We have a 30 kg dog, and I’m happy we decided not to bring him, because we could not fit him anywhere. The bathroom is also very small – if you want to dry after a shower, you need to open the bathroom door. But the absolutely worst was the fact that the pipes in the toilet are also very narrow – you need to flush before you wipe, or there will be a disaster. The staff is nice, but the person on the evening shift gave us completely different information than the person on the morning shift, causing stress and confusion. Not helpful. I liked the breakfast, and the fact that you could get free tea and water at the reception, but that’s it. I do not recommend it and will never come back.

Positives: Friendly and hospitable staff, cozy reception area, 24 hour available coffee for free in the reception lobby, delicious refreshing lemon water in the lobby at all times, great location with everything you need in close vicinity of the hotel. Points for improvement: a mini frig and kettle in the room would be a big help. the hotel staff kept our foodstuff in the frig downstairs and we could get coffee and drinking water from the reception area. However it’s more convenient If there’s a frig and kettle in the room (the staff gave us kettles when we requested though). Also, the mattresses keep sliding off the bed - and i nearly slid off as well the first day, and i was after that more careful. The room is small - it’s difficult for more than one person to stay.

The location is reachable by public transport from Brussel Airport. With a queen size bed, the remaining area for those who’ve got lots of / huge luggages is limited. But the bathroom is bigger than expected and the shower is nice.The most attractive feature is the 24-hour free coffee and tea at the reception, which is mostly needed when one returns late. The 24 hour and responsive receptionists, air-conditioner in the room, and the supermarket and cafes nearby also worth mention.
