Positives: Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Bed comfortable. Negatives: shower not great - limescale on the head so poor flow, cold on second day 22/05 at 0630. No water in room and it’s a long walk to get it from jug/filter machine. No milk sachet or pot in the in-room tea/coffee supplies. Broken AirPlay / Cast module on TV.

My friend's money was stolen from your hotel in his room!

A point of improvement for me will be access to the fitness from 05:00 am. Perhaps, although that will require investment, improve the fitness equipment. The multifunctional unit has worn off handles.
