* 20mins to get a parking space at 10pm at the hotel. Your night visitors attending your night party have occupied all the parking space available at the hotel, * Lots of noise of night guests attending the party upon their departure with vehicle doors slamming heavily. Awful experience !. * The front desk number in the room (reception) is not functioning !. * I asked for the pressing iron (calling the hotel number with my personal phone), I was told to come down and collect it at the reception !. * Sorry, can’t remember, is this hotel 3*** or 4**** ?. * The staff are real professionals.
