Thanks for having time to share: 1. I had the opportunity to ask for a change in showersoap (it was handsoap); they changed it right away. 2. Bed & noise where good to handle; windows do their job! 3. The room temperature was overwhelming warm (too warm); I really need to put open the window and downsize the temperature later with the thermostat. It might be a change to improve here!

I had a pleasant stay at this Mercure, the hosts are all very nice, natural and smiling, I really enjoyed them! Some aspects were not so satisfying though: water was too cold for morning showers, it was too hot in the rooms and I could not lower the temperature, but the worst was the temperature but of the meeting rooms: I couldn't measure it but I'm pretty sure it was above 25°C. Really, that was unbearable and made it very uncomfortable to work.

Respect less treated because of not accepting my Covid recovery. Therefore no access to restaurant and breakfast in hotel room. This is pure discrimination.
