I had a very nice stay at the Mercure Lille Aeroport. It was a good location to visit lots of neighbouring cities and the hotel had everything we needed. They even catered for children with the play area in reception. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the restaurant was nice, although limited choice. The only downside to my stay was a rude member of staff on the bar, she shouldn’t be working in a customer service role. But other than that, great stay!

I stay for 1 night and I was so impressed by the room and bathroom sizes, and the spot on cleanliness. Very quiet despite being close to the airport, not much noise coming from it. Nice decor on ground floor where the restaurant, lobby and reception are. Nice guy at the reception.

Your night visitors attending your night party have occupied all the parking space available at the hotel, * Lots of noise of night guests attending the party upon their departure with vehicle doors slamming heavily. Awful experience !. * The front desk number in the room (reception) is not functioning !. * I asked for the pressing iron (calling the hotel number with my personal phone), I was told to come down and collect it at the reception !. * Sorry, can’t remember, is this hotel 3*** or 4**** ?. * The staff are real professionals.

Despite arriving very late 1 am due to delayed flight, reception was on the site, parking included and pets allowed. To us this was perfect. I had breakfast the next morning it’s sufficient but it can be improved with fresh juice maker, fresh vegetables and seeds na walnuts selection.

Comfortable stay in a hotel only few minutes drive from the Pierre Maurois Arena. Booked for one night due to the proximity to the stadium mentioned. Comfy beds, clean room, big parking area, helpful staff. Party atmosphere at the bar in the late evening ( 🙂), very entertaining - France WCup game. Good breakfast, although a little bit crowded at peak time.

Negatives: shower not great - limescale on the head so poor flow, cold on second day 22/05 at 0630. No water in room and it’s a long walk to get it from jug/filter machine. No milk sachet or pot in the in-room tea/coffee supplies. Broken AirPlay / Cast module on TV.

A point of improvement for me will be access to the fitness from 05:00 am. Perhaps, although that will require investment, improve the fitness equipment. The multifunctional unit has worn off handles.

Overall good, I was only missing a fridge in our room no. 37. I’m quite sure there used to be fridges in other rooms and they were in overall better condition than this one. But had the right to choose, so I chose one closest to Weembi.

A very nice stay Would highly recommend this hotel The staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful The classic rooms are good value, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay minus a refrigerator ( Premier rooms include fridge ) The breakfast ,is wonderful. Buffet style with a great selection and great coffee Definitely will set you up for the day Will definitely be staying here again .
