Very happy with the room and the staff in general were lovely but there is no lift -we were changed to a ground floor room as we had sports equipment- the restaurant wasn’t functional at weekends and the breakfast hot food was not great. Also we had an accident and needed medical help - no suggestion from the staff but the hospital in Lille -and when I requested their First Aid kit was given a half empty box with very little of use - we managed but when I returned it I did tell them to get a new one!

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are all very helpful. I liked the layout of the ground floor, there were plenty of secluded places to sit. The restaurant was good, my only slight criticism is that there are not many options for vegetarians (or indeed vegans). the breakfast was excellent.

I tried to book online and did not succeed for several reasons. I could not use Apple Pay nor pay by ideal. Next to that you were unreachable so upon arriving at the hotel I had to pay the walk in rate. I was not amused. To top it off, the staff told me the room was billed to my account but I still do not see it registered in the app. Is all this normal? It is the first time I am staying registered at one of your hotels and am a bit surprised. Looking forward to your reply and to the credit into my account. Thank you Marie B.

Good service, staff very friendly and polite from the receptionist to the breakfast host and the cleaning staff. When questions asked support to find back a membership user the staff reacted supportively.
