It was okay but could have been better - good sized room and clean however we didn’t have any cups in the rooms for tea or coffee no tea or coffee provided - we were 2 adults and 2 children in the room

hotel was ok..rooms a little bit tired, no lift so struggled with cases upstairs, poor coffee and tea facilities in room..breakfast was good, but then came back to the room after to find workmen making a lot of noise on the roof, or rooms above ours..

Welcome and room OK, complexity for breakfast access not well guided and content of the breakfast not at the level of a 4 stars hotel.

Very happy with the room and the staff in general were lovely but there is no lift -we were changed to a ground floor room as we had sports equipment- the restaurant wasn’t functional at weekends and the breakfast hot food was not great. Also we had an accident and needed medical help - no suggestion from the staff but the hospital in Lille -and when I requested their First Aid kit was given a half empty box with very little of use - we managed but when I returned it I did tell them to get a new one!

As our hotel is a historic building, it does not have a lift. We would like to clarify that you were accommodated in a ground-floor room, which helped facilitate your stay with sports equipment. Our restaurant is closed at weekends; however, our Gourmet Bar remains open and offers food options. We regret that the hot breakfast items did not meet your expectations and have shared your comments with the relevant team. We are also truly sorry about the incident that occurred during your stay. Your feedback regarding the assistance provided and the condition of the first aid kit has been taken very seriously, and the necessary checks and replenishment have since been carried out.
