Amazing and very helpful service in the restaurant by their waiter Julien who helped me translating the whole French menu into English. Thank you Julien:) The food is also very nice: starters as a buffet and an amazing fried chicken with vegetables.

One night stop en-route. We have stayed before. The room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dogs made welcome. If passing through would stay again.

Decent stay

The hotel was nice. Clean and quiet. The man who worked at the restaurant/bar was really kind and lovely. He made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good, however, we kept being asked what our room was over and over again and asked if we had paid for breakfast repeatedly which made us not feel good. It made us feel targeted by the receptionist and the breakfast hostess. On the last night we had arrived late and were left standing outside for 15 minutes to be let in. We called several times but no one answered. Once we were let in we expressed our discomfort of having being left outside in the cold with no answer only to be met with the night receptionist being defensive, rude and he walked away instead of talking to us leaving a lot of us frustrated and disappointed.

Good overnight stopover

Stopped overnight en route to Luxembourg, staff very pleasant. Nice evening meal but breakfast was a little underwhelming in quality (hot food seemed to have been under the hot lamps a long while).

On arrival there is plenty parking. We were warmly greeted. On arrival in our room the smell was so bad that we automatically turned around and left the room. It was a mixture of cigarette smoke and perhaps damp? It was swiftly resolved and our new room was better although it had a damp smell. I thought that the breakfast was brilliant. There is really something for everyone. It’s beautifully presented and tasted great. Checkout was a little strange as it took well over ten mins to check me out, although they did not explain why.
