I tried to book online and did not succeed for several reasons. I could not use Apple Pay nor pay by ideal. Next to that you were unreachable so upon arriving at the hotel I had to pay the walk in rate. I was not amused. To top it off, the staff told me the room was billed to my account but I still do not see it registered in the app. Is all this normal? It is the first time I am staying registered at one of your hotels and am a bit surprised. Looking forward to your reply and to the credit into my account. Thank you Marie B.

Good service, staff very friendly and polite from the receptionist to the breakfast host and the cleaning staff. When questions asked support to find back a membership user the staff reacted supportively.

The welcome from the hotel staff was very pleasant, the room and the rest of the hotel complex is very clean. Also very good for a quick dinner in the evening. The breakfast buffet is very good and the offer is varied.
