My wife and I were received at this hotel by the outstanding staff. From the minute we arrived to when we left everything was perfect. We were upgraded and invited for a late checkout. It was a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Itaim.

The only bad experience was on the checkout. They were charging me 4 cans of water and 1 chocolate. I never took anything from the fridge. What I think it happened is that, a can of water I bought in the lobby, I save it in the fridge during my stay, and they count it. But the chocolate, that one I have no clue why. At the end they remove the charges.
