Excellent stay at the hotel. We were warmly welcomed from the very first moment, and the entire team was attentive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were impeccable, comfortable, and very well maintained. My birthday was very special. I loved the treats!!

The pool and gym are great. The location is also good. Unfortunately the service and rooms leave much to be desired. The room feels like a holiday inn and the costumer service is awful. The hotel had my reservation wrong and despite me proving that the room that I had reserved was not the one the person in the front desk was trying to convince me I booked, they told me they did not have my room I paid for available. After Much back and forth they put me in a room that clearly had safety issues, the front door looked like it had been broken through, there was toilet paper covering the peep hole and the balcony door did not close. After more discussions, they finally gave me the room I had paid for and made it sound that it was an “ upgrade”. Also, they suddenly found a room that I had been told they did not have. It was a very bad experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Itaim Bibi. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. A special thank you to José, who was always extremely kind, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. Staff like him make all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel — excellent rooms, great breakfast, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to São Paulo.
