The room was spotlessly clean and well set-up when we arrived. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. It was my second time staying here and I would happily book again. We had a great time at this hotel thank you.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cons: bathroom doorknob handle was falling off, lamp fixtures were loose and unstable - it feels like the room really needs a renovation. Staff was not very helpful either - when I asked for help to get more information from a museum because I can’t call romanian numbers, I was told they can’t help me. Not the best customer service.

We had requested a baby cot through email three months prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we were told there are only 3 baby cots for over 100 rooms, and there were none available at the moment. If lucky, we would have one the next day. We didn't as much as get an apology. Also, the thermostat had a malfunction one night, the room got very hot and the air conditioning continued on hot for hours after we have turned it off.
