Our staff strives to offer the warmest hospitality and a memorable stay for all our guests. However, we regret to hear about the disturbance you experienced due to the proximity of your room to the breakfast area. We understand the importance of a peaceful environment, especially in the morning. For future stays, we recommend requesting a room on the higher floors or at the backside of the hotel, which guests find to be quieter, ensuring a restful start to the day. Nonetheless, it is great that you loved our central location, just a stone\'s throw away from the Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance to London\'s most famed museums and parks. Our prime Kensington location is indeed perfect for exploring the city\'s attractions and enjoying the vibrant local atmosphere.
