We enjoyed your stay. The breakfast is lovely and well stocked. The reception area personal and unique. Very good service. Rooms are very small and the window did not open.

I stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to have reasonably priced rooms for central London and great staff . The rooms though smallish were adequate and very functional. I had the breakfast package included and found it surpassed my culinary needs for that meal. Times were great 6-10 on weekdays and 7-11 on the weekends. There were several good restaurants in the area the best being Steak & Co and Pizza Express.

This was our second time here. Initially we booked only for two nights but with time we ended up booking our entire time in London with them. The room was spacious n beautiful. Clean and just perfect. The staff was very helpful n courteous a special shout out to two sweetest and most helpful girls Sophie and walusha. Apart from our short chit chats the girls went out of the way to be the kindest n most helpful. Perfect place for family ,solo or just couple stays and great connections the underground is a min walk away.

The room is I was given (510) was clearly a converted attic. The room was so small the bed didn’t fit, I had to bend over to access the room and I couldn’t shower or go to the toilet probably because of the angle of the roof. How anyone in management could even allow this to be a room is unbelievable. As a Accor member I was shocked this is what I was offered. Having booked this room over a month before arriving, I feel like the room that was advertised when I was booking was the one I should have received. I have and will be continuing with my complaint as I was extremely mislead when booking. I encourage upper management of Accor to physically view this room to understand how much of a joke it is.

Staying here for the second time nearly a year later. What a hotel and location. I first booked for three nights and then another two nights. I went away for a day and then again booked three nights. Made this my central hub to work around the UK. Its location and friendly staff make this an absolutely the gem. The staff is fabulous to say the least. Sophie and Walusha are superstars. They took extra care for my requests and went out of the way to cater to a requirement. Makes me a long stayer here for the indefinite future. The rooms are superb safe and quite economical for what it offers. Rooms sizes are much more generous than the usual London pricey offerings. It has a cute bar and a small breakfast place. Average breakfast but it is what it is. The neighbour hood offers dozens of fabulous places. The Gloucester Road is across the street so a no brainer for literally every line. Super convenient and once again a special shoutout to Sophie and Walusha. I am now willing to commit to staying here for 30-40 nights a year which is what I usually book in London every year for the last twenty years and possibly then next twenty. 😊 Much recommended.
