I haven't stayed at an Ibis Styles before but chose the hotel based on location needs - I was attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall. Due to the lower price point compared to other hotels in the area, I was expecting more of a budget standard. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was super stylish, had great service and a very comfortable bed. It was lovely to sit outside on my balcony with a coffee in the morning, looking down on the gardens behind the hotel. There was almost no road noise and it felt very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

It was really good stay and room was lovely. One point to note is that the early check-in was a bit stressful for us as we didn’t know if the hotel accommodate it but if I’m happy to pay £35 better to confirm as when we arrived the reception guy said that the room is not ready and we need to come back later but luckily the lady at recwption(she is amazing,very smooth check in with her) found one for us which we appreciate it. The night porter was amazing! Loved to talk to him.
