Good location close to transport, Restaurants, cafes & Shops. Bad room, very small, no bench or table to set up computer. Bags had to be on the floor. Not suitable for doing any work at all. Will not stay again.

Brilliant location round the corner from Gloucester Road tube station making getting to central London easy. Immediate area a nice vibe... pubs, restaurants, near Kensington Park, Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall. Third time to stay here. Comfortable rooms, great, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

The big highlights of this hotel are the great location, the very comfy beds, and the friendly and helpful staff (a big shout-out especially for Elena and Asmeret in the breakfast room). Our room was facing the backyard so it was also vey quiet. The rooms are very small, which is not a problem per se and quite understandable in a London prime location, however, exactly because they are small the space could be used better to provide more facilty to, for example, hang clothes. With only 5 hangers and no shelf/drawers, we had to keep our clotes in the suitcase the whole week, which is not ideal. The bathroom was also a bit worn out (definitely not like the ones showed in the website) and the hot water herratic at best. The breakfast was really good with a wide option of cold food but practically non-existent hot selection (to be noted, the scrambled eggs to order were done really well). Absolutely to be recommended for people who value the location and a good night sleep.
