We had a great time at the hotel. Staff members were polite. The only negative thing was the space in the breakfast area on Friday morning - it was packed and we were asked to take the breakfast to the reception area in order to enjoy eating at the time we chose to go. Otherwise g everything run smoothly

We’ve stayed here several times over the last ten years because of the boutiquefeel, great staff and excellent location for visits to London. We found this trip not so great however, the rooms are noisy (footsteps from floors above), bathrooms need modernising and the fat pack furnishings are below the standard for the brand - time the rooms were upgraded.
