The location of this hotel is perfect for the Natural History Museum, The V&A, The Science Museum and many more attractions which are within walking distance. Even Harrods is within a reasonable walking distance or the bus stop is right outside and the tube station using the Piccadilly, circle and district lines is 5 mins away with Earl Court being step free a short distance away. For me being here for 4 nights the room was small there had been a mix up at check in and I found my clothes hanging up above the kettle was impractical. There wasn’t really a proper space for my suitcase like no luggage rack. Not even a door hook to hang my jacket that would’ve helped. Somewhere to hang my bag for instance. No chair in the room was also an odd decor decision but given the size of the room the hotel is really pushing the use of the word “double” sure there is a double bed in the room but there isn’t much space in room and for the price…. It was clean and comfortable. The people were nice and I would recommend this hotel as the public spaces were immaculate. But for me personally that size of room lack of chair and proper place to put clothes and cost of room I’d probably compare with hotels in the area before booking again.

We can only describe our stay at the hotel as excellent! From super friendly staff members (specially thanks to Sophie), quiet and clean rooms to a really good breakfast buffet, there is truly nothing major we could complain about. We'll definitely be returning to this hotel on our next trip to London.

Small, damp, dark, poorly configured rooms

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

We had a very pleasant stay for a weekend in London. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport and had great connection with the rest of the city. We walked to Hyde park and Notting Hill. Our room was in the basement. It was clean, quiet and had a great working airconditioning. A very comfortable stay.
