We had a lovely stay with you. Staff could not have been more helpful, both on check in and in the bar in the evening. The room was very clean and had everything you could ask for.

We were visiting both the Royal Albert Hall and the Saatchi Gallery and easily walked to both from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will use again when visiting London.

The London Underground theme was brilliant, our room though small had a stunning deck overlooking a park (square), typical Kensington styling, great value for the location. Service was top drawer, breakfast was better than expected, loved the fresh home made sourdough. Location is great if you like museums, 5 mins walk. Tube station into London 1 min away, and bus outside front door. Waitrose supermarket across the road, great varied eating in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully close to Underground and Boots and other amenities. Very friendly staff. Very pleasant lounge area in lobby. Loved the cosy boutique feel to this hotel. Room was bigger than expected. Very peaceful sleep. Bathroom needs more shelves and hooks. Otherwise it’s spotless!

Easy check in,staff friendly. The housekeeper didn't clean the room the first day,this was quickly resolved. Room was typical for UK/Europe, functional but small.

Again great friendly team and great room. The only issue is that this time I received a great room with an outdoor terrace. However I was not able to open the terrace door as the lock was not functional. The team offered me just to call them whenever I want to have it open but this was not practical so I could not use the terrace. Please fix your locks a sit is a great feature.

Large family room on ground floor. Comfortable room but quite a lot of traffic noise which made sleeping a bit disrupted. Also lift repairs in corridor meant walkway was covered in plastic with building items around. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Do like this hotel provided I can book the disabled room, as I found showers too dangerous in standard rooms.. pity there’s no heated towel in bathroom though, very chilly bathroom! The rooms would be a little tight for couples perhaps, but location very good for public transport, etc. Very good breakfasts and efficient friendly staff.

The little touches your staff so every time I stay here go a long way. Also, Hassani is a credit to the company.

Friendly and helpful staff. Liked the hotel decor, with an underground theme. Room small but comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast.

The stay for our anniversary was excellent. The staff paid attention to our reservation details and we had a marvellous night. However, the range and variety of 'continental' options over breakfast was poor, even if the coffee was good. "Continental" does not mean cereal and bread, butter, and one slice of ham and a bit of cheese plus a hard boiled egg - unless that is the new normal in the UK post-Brexit.
