Our second time in this lovely little hotel and were stunned again by the effective lovely young staff and the cosiness of the place. Breakfast is great, please keep it up, we shall return.

Good location, friendly staff and clean room are the positives. I got woken up by the fire alarm at 04.30 which was unfortunate as it was a false alarm. The breakfast had a good spread but the bread was really stale and felt like it was not fresh or wrongly prepared (bake-off baguette).

This is my third time in this hotel and I chose it again because it's near the public transports and because I like the area nearby. I booked two rooms, one of them was really tiny, on the lower ground floor. Despite this, we appreciated the kindness of the receptionists who checked us in and out and the lady who speaks Italian at the breakfast. The breakfast was also good.
