We loved how big our room was with the tall ceiling. The nespresso machine was great touch! The only thing we would change is the shower kept getting blocked and overflowing.

From arrival to departure we were not disappointed. The welcome from the staff was lovely, friendly ,warm ,welcoming and professional. Our room was amazing such a beautiful room with the surprise of a veranda to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden out the back We were absolutely overwhelmed The room was exceptionally clean and a well stocked tea and coffee area with a large bottle of water. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were really really comfortable. A wonderful nights sleep. We would just like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at this hotel. We were attending the silent disco at The Natural History Museum which is literally 5 mins walk along the road! The hotel was very clean, modern and staff were friendly! Couldn’t fault it! Convenient for tube, restaurants & bars!
