I had a great second stay at this hotel, it was a pleasant experience. The room wasn't as nice as the first time as stayed. It was a little dingy with a very small window and a very sombre outlook. Apart from that it was very good with great staff and I look forward to my next visit.

A very good and very bad experience all at once. We were assigned room 401. Due to heavy rain we woke up to a leaky ceiling soaked carpet and failed electrics. Unacceptable accommodation. We were assigned another room (inconvenience) but from then on our stay was very good.

The location of this hotel is a 5min walk from the tube station. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. I highly recommended staying at this hotel.

The reception team was very helpful and always nice. The breakfast team was very nice and help fulfil my daughter's Gluten free dietary requirements! we had one excellent room and one very very small room.
