Great stay, hotel was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel as we visited in 2021 and came back based on our 1st experience.

However, we apologize that the room offered did not meet your expectations in terms of size and perceived value. We understand that our rooms, designed to reflect the unique character of the London Underground, may vary in size, with most offering a cozy yet comfortable space for our guests. We regret we did not have the opportunity to offer you a room upgrade as a valued Accor Platinum member and that the recognition of your loyalty status did not meet your standards. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that you were not able to enjoy a welcome drink and that our bar offerings did not fully meet your satisfaction.
