I used the hotel, for a third or forth time, as a break on a drive from the Ardeche to the UK. Staff were welcoming and helpful, the place was clean and pleasant.

The member of staff on the reception desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side: 1) there was no hand towel in the bathroom; 2) there was only one hook on which to hang towels in the bathroom, which is not adequate for a three-person room; 3) the tables in the breakfast room were not clean; 4) there was an odd smell in the corridors and staircases of the hotel.

Good, except for: 1. internet not working on my ipad nor iphone. Receptionist tried hard to sort it on the ipad, without success. 2.No rack in the shower for our soap or our shampoo. 3. No bedside tables.

Nous montrons volontiers sur le téléphone de nos hôtes, cependant ne connaissant pas votre système Apple, nous vous invitons à prendre contact avec Apple qui est un système très particulier, notamment sur la question des wifis publics et des restrictions que vous avez à gérer sur votre téléphone. Nos chambres ayant des dimensions standards et notre clientèle étant variée nous avons favorisé la présence d'une table dans chaque chambre au lieu de table de chevet. We stopped over at this hotel on our way to Alsace. After driving for many hours, we planned to stop for the night at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening, after the reception had closed. We managed to use the automatic check-in and an interior parking space which we had reserved in advance. We had received all the necessary information by e-mail before our arrival. The room was more spacious than we expected. A very good stay to recover after a long journey.

Very well located in a quiet area of Langres with huge carpark alongside. Easy walk into town for restaurants and shops. Staff are outstanding. They just couldn't do enough for us. Hotel is spotless and perfect for overnight stop.

We arrived to a seamless check in. The lady spoke excellent English which was very helpful for us as we are not conversationally fluent in French but can get by.

The hotel is well located close to the city centre. You can find restaurants and bar not too far from the hotel. The rooms are simple but decent. The breakfast was really nice and ample choices. Personel was kind.
