Welcome at reception warm and friendly. The receptionist was well organised and informative - Natalia? It was a pleasure to chat to her in Ukrainian English and French! The room was clean and tidy and everything worked. Breakfast was excellent and again the reception was warm and friendly. Only complaint can you improve the weather outside?

Only issue we had was the breakfast as the scrambled egg and bacon were cold even though we were early for breakfast and it the bowl was full of food.

Dear Sir C., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the ibis budget Langres. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. While I do understand your concern regarding the cleaning of the room, we do inform our guests that our rooms are cleaned daily except if you tell the reception that you refuse the service, or if you leave the "do not disturb sign" on the door. otherwise, our team is trained to clean overnight rooms while not disturbing or move personal objects. Be assured that proper training and reminder will be provided to the breakfast team, in order to have a better control over the temperatures of the eggs and bacon. I do apologize for this mistake. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope that except these issues, you could enjoy a pleasant stay with us.
