I have written to the hotel and awaiting a response for a refund. I arrived at the hotel tonight find many men outside drinking and the place stink of smoke. The room was clean but the thought of letting my children go out in the night for the toilet down the corridor was not an option. The reception agreed it wasn’t right but said he couldn’t organise a refund. I have raised this with the hotel via e mail and requested a refund as we couldn’t stay there. It is not a place for families and was very intimidating.

The room was boiling hot even with all windows open so we hardly slept. There was two filthy toilets on arrival so we had to walk further to find a clean one. We paid nearly 90 euros and we did not expect to have to make up five separate bunk beds with bedding having arrived late in the evening on a long day of motoring. But the biggest problem was the scary man sleeping in his old van in car park who started at us whole time we disembarked the car. The fire exit door was left open wide the whole night presumably for air for the hotel but it provided access for any non guest to enter at any stage of night and was extremely scary. My husband closed it and half an hour later it was wide open again.

Arrivée à 22h la borne à l’extérieur ne marchait pas ainsi que le transfert d’appel de l’interphone. Heureusement que le veilleur de nuit dormait sur place . Chambre salle de bain et petit dej très bien pour le tarif

When we arrived there was nobody at the reception (even though it was open and accessible, passwords were lying around on the desk). Then we didn't know there was a machine outside we had to use to get our room and code. So we were waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come, then gave up and out of frustration went to the machine. The machine itself said it was for new reservations... I really don't understand there is nothing mentioned about the procedure, just in an email or with a sign at the reception, super simple to do. So yeah we were very dissapointed as we had already arrived late.
