I have just returned from a week of bliss! The Fairmont Hotel,Marrakesh is absolutely wonderful. It is extremely beautiful and the gardens are quite magnificent. However, the best thing about the hotel is by far the staff they go the extra mile.The staff are exceptional and were able to meet any requirements or needs that you had. The Capricci team were so helpful especially with my gluten free diet. Ilyass was so attentive with the help from Flan and Moran. I use a wheelchair and the staff at the pool were so kind helping me to get the most comfortable. Rachid, Zakaria, Ghilzlane and Abderrak Went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel relaxed. Lastly the spa is a real treat! I received wonderful care from Ikbal, helping me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you most sincerely for your service.
