Overall wonderful. All Staff members were incredibly kind and always helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. Loved the Buggies that drove us to and from our rooms, very convenient in the hot weather. My only minor complaint was that not all the lights in my bathroom worked but it wasn't enough to damper my experience.

This was our second stay at the Royal Palm Marrakesh, and it certainly won’t be our last. A beautiful hotel, a true oasis of calm in the busy city of Marrakesh, and perfect for families. The pool is huge, the rooms and views of the Atlas Mountains are stunning, and the food is delicious. But what really stands out is the staff, incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. Nothing feels like too much trouble. The hotel can also arrange all kinds of excursions, which is a great bonus if you want to explore Marrakesh. No negatives whatsoever. Highly recommended.

The staff was lovely and made me feel at home! Food was impeccable and the landscape was so beautiful that I kept walking around all the time. Rooms were very spacious. I did book breakfast included and the last night had to order in 1.5 hours earlier than opening time, since I spent 2 full days in the hotels outlets it would have been nice if they offered it on comp basis.
