Resort was beautiful and staff where very nice. The kids club was a bit sterile (a view shared by a few parents) so my son got bored quite quickly. It doesnt feel well suited to very young kids. Breakfast was just ok. The restaurants were good. Our room was too cold when we first got there (heating wasnt working) then was too warm towards the end. The baby sitting service was good and front desk were helpful. There were some instances by the pool where it took a very long time to get service. The staff were all extremely pleasant, i think a few of the service bits just needed some fine tuning.

I have had the chance to spend 4 days at the Resort and o have loved the experience! The place is incredible! Large rooms, a lot of open spaces, Spa, fitness centre and the most amazing pool. The staff was great! After the first day they recognised me and called me by my last name. A special thanks to Mohammed from reception that even remembered my room number without me telling him. These details makes such a difference!

The staff were some of the most welcoming, attentive people I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and stayed very calm and positive through the entire weekend. I will absolutely be back and would recommend a thousand times over. Karim, Abu, and Flan were stand outs to me.
