We went here for our anniversary. The hotel was really attentive with our requests, and provided exceptional welcome and service. We got a free upgrade to junior suite and got a complimentary welcome cake. We also really enjoy the facilities, especially the fitness center and tennis court. Zineb and Hafid from the fitness center was very kind to give us hospitality and accomodate our request with the tennis court facilities. Overall, one of the best experience in my Morocco experience and I hope it's a standard that Fairmont held.

My husband and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at Fairmont Royal Palm, and the experience was exceptional. We received a warm welcome with drinks and a beautifully decorated room. Breakfast was great, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Getting around the large property was easy thanks to the responsive buggy staff. A special thank you to Ghita, who went above and beyond by accommodating a late checkout and upgrading us to a bigger, cosy room. My husband also enjoyed the golf club, with caddies always available. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home with a royal touch. Highly recommended!
