A 4 night relaxation trip with no sightseeing as one of us was post knee surgery. The Italian restaurant and the bar including the singer and DJ - everything outstanding. Breakfast first class too. The special Ramadan evening at the other restaurant was less so. The service is generally spot on throughout the hotel. The team is friendly, reliable, responsible and hardworking.

We had a great stay in the hotel, we loved the facilities and, travelling with a toddler, were really happy with the variety of options in both eateries and entertainment. The pool(s) are amazing and heated to a lovely temperature that made spending hours in there with a little one a pleasurable experience. During our stay there was a major storm that caused disruption to the hotel in terms of the pools being unavailable and some restaurants being damaged. Clearly this isn’t the hotel’s fault and they seemed to be working hard to fix the issues as quickly as possible. We felt the communication from the hotel could have been better during this time as we weren’t clear on what steps were being taken, how quickly issues were likely to be resolved or what alternative arrangements had been put in place. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again.

Wasted hours of our time with front desk and hotel management on trying to get them honor hotel vouchers and Amex breakfasts. Complete waste of time. Manager was NOT receptive to our needs. We were 6 people in 3 rooms.
