I heavily rely on reviews before booking a holiday and I’m so glad I booked! We had a very smooth check-in and were upgraded which was a great touch. The drive from the airport to the resort is 10-15mins so easy with kids after the flight. My children thoroughly enjoyed kids club and I’d like to personally thank the ladies for their warmth. These ladies are a huge credit to the resort!!!! Special thank you to Heba :) Rashid and his team will look after you by the pool. Thank you Rashid for finding me all the shade :D The gym is well equipped with cardio and weights but also a separate yoga studio which even features a reformer Pilates station! The restaurants have delicious food but special shout out to the focaccia and tiramisu at Caprici…delicious! Breakfast has you covered with all your requests! Special thank you again to the team for remembering my daily order of kiwi & avocado and for being friendly with the children. Housekeeping team are fabulous! Thank you for keeping our room clean, it can be difficult with kids! All the staff are so warm and welcoming. This is a trip we won’t forget and we hope to be back next year :)

All in all was excellent experience, the staff is very kind and genuine. Food across all resturants is fresh and tasty. The Concierge Abdel was extremely helpful and made the stay comfortable and thoughtfull. One place for improvement is the breakfast , once it reach the end time tje staff came and removed all the food very quickly , for families who came near to closing time had no opttunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet.

My wife and I return for the third time with our little boy who is 2 years. The staff and facilities are amazing and they assisted us in having a memorable stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere around the football world cup especially the Morocco matches. Our room 310 was beautiful and perfect for what we needed with a small child with a stroller. We met some lovely families from around the world and will hopefully remain friends into the future. Special mention to Abdulghani the pool attendant who made our stay amazing, his help and assistance was over and above what would be expected. He deserves recognition. Also Flan Mercian from Capprici restaurant who is a credit to the Fairmont Royal Palm. His hospitality is amazing and the interaction with guests leaves a positive impact on them.
