Wonderful hotel, great interactions with staff, s.p.a. was lovely however one morning we went there and the pool was freezing!! Unfortunately the trip to Atlas mountains we did not do as weather was bad. that was the only thing that was a shame as wanted winter sun but that can’t be helped !!

Attentiveness and friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations but reflect the high quality of the offering. One point: we had four maintenance failures in our suite, three of which were pre-existing. All were rectified immediately but perhaps routine inspections might be uuseful.

Had a fabulous trip with three generations and we were very well looked after from beginning to end. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable (couldn’t always get the air con right) and well compartmentalised with dressing room and bathroom behind solid doors. The hotel Provided excellent baby facilities for a nine month old and fabulous babysitting services. The staff were always helpful and polite. Unfortunately due to cold weather the poolside restaurant was only open on one day. The pools were deliciously warm inside and out … the cold weather didn't stop us swimming. Padel courts were in good nick. Spa and spa facilities (massages and facials) were 10/10.

Our room was lovely and the spa and fitness facilities were excellent. Unfortunately we won't be returning because the service in the bar and restaurants was very poor. As an example one evening in the bar it took 40mins after we ordered our drinks for them to arrive and it wasn't even busy. In the restaurants the food was often cold by the time it arrived. I have stayed in many Fairmont hotels and this is not the service I have come to expect from them.
