We were here on a President's Club trip with my company. I stay in a LOT of hotels - I've never seen service as good as here. You'd expect good service from the managers and bartenders, but EVERYONE went above and beyond here. The landscapers, the cleaning staff, everyone from top to bottom went out of their way to say hello and make sure we were having a good time.

This hotel was not really practical for me due to mobility and access but the staff did everything to could to make things work for me and were exceptionally kind and helpful.

not great - there was a cockroach in my room Your team did not handle the situation well. I was in the bathroom and a large cockroach ran across the floor. I called reception and they said they would send someone over. The person came and found the cockroach. guest services called to apologize and told me they would send a cleaning team to my room. At this point I had to get dressed and go to dinner. I then went to speak to the guest relations manager before I departed the hotel as I was concerned that they would spray the room. I have asthma and I did not want any issues. He said the stuff they use is safe and does not affect "humans". I asked him to remove all of the treats in the room (amenities) and that I would be back around 11:00pm. I told him I would be looking for some sort of accommodation for my accommodation as I do not expect this of a hotel that I am paying $700 a night for! He calls me on my cell at the restaurant and tells me he wants me to move and he is giving me an upgrade. I told him I was out and that I was up at 5:30am in the morning because I had an early fight so I was not leaving a restaurant to pack my bag to move to an upgraded room. What does this guy not understand!!! He told me it would be better for me to move. No it was better for the hotel and totally inconvenient for me. I checked out hte next morning and there was no adjustment to the room rate and the front desk person told me I was given an upgrade!! I advised them I was not paying the bill until it was adjusted. They have my cc so I am now waiting for response. I wrote to the General Manager and he responded. I was on a site inspection!!! How do you think I will rate this hotel and I would put a high end group here???????

Quiet, nice resort to stay in before flying out of Marrakech. Pretty far from the city; hotel, grounds, and facilities seemed a little run down. Staff were all extremely kind and friendly.
