it was an uncredible experience mainly linked with the very high quality of service provided by the staff. From Said in the reception who gave me a wonderful room, from the two Meriem and Ahmed at the breakfast who make your breakfast a real joy, from the Conciergerie service who is always here to help and find new good options to discover the city. overall i would stay, the service i got during my stay is one of the best i experienced in my whole life!

Waited 3 hours to get an Iron in my room . It arrived at 11:30 at night. Requested exrtra towels everyday but never got them without multiple calls. Maids turned of AC and when got to room the temp was about 90 degrees Wouls not recommend anyone stay hear

The hotel is visually breathtaking and the pool area was a particular highlight. The pizza at the pool bar was delicious, however it took a long time to get the attention of the staff. The staff at the breakfast buffet were brilliant. In terms of areas for improvement, there were many. We had to change our room twice on arrival due to the first room not being what we requested and the second not being at a good standard. The reception staff that dealt with this were quite dismissive of the inconvenience this caused and offered no apology (in fact, shrugged in response to our concerns). We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and no special effort was made to accommodate this, which isn't what we'd expect from a 5 star hotel whilst celebrating a special occasion. The pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable, to the extent of causing neck pain for one of us. Overall, this is below the standard that we would expect from a 5 star hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, but broadly the service was poor.

Ive been for the first time in this hotel. i was extremely surprised by the overall experience. very nice staff, especially Miss Hanane in reception, conciergerie and all staff are very nice. I was also extremely satisfied by the room service and how fast they are acting. propre hotel in general but still need some improvement for the elevators and carpets.
