We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly during an extended business stay of nine days. While we are pleased that you found our public areas and housekeeping service satisfactory, we are truly sorry for the shortcomings you encountered in your room condition, food and beverage offerings, and overall service. Your comments regarding cleanliness details, room layout, balcony size, and maintenance are taken very seriously and have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action. We also deeply regret the difficulties you experienced with our front desk, concierge, and valet services.
