Dear Sir, we have taken note of your complaint or deception related to your stay in our collection of riads Angsana in Marrakech. As far as I know, we received 2 different reservations via Accor, a first reservation for a night 5 to 6 April 2025 , and second reservation from 6 to 7 April. You may understand that was not for us to consider that you want to stay the 2 nights in the same room as the two reservations were made separately, Considering your birthday, our team took the initiative to upgrade you in one of our junior suites. Fortunately, due to a last-minute cancellation, we were able to offer you to stay in the same Junior Suite for the second night and I believe you appreciated this upgrade offered by our reception. We have also made sure that you can pay for the full stay with their reward points, even though this was not requested in advance, as it normally should be. Thanks you and kind regards.
