I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at an establishment of your brand. As a loyal Gold Member and a paying subscriber of the All Plus Voyageur program, I expected a certain standard of service, but unfortunately, my experience fell shockingly short. Upon arrival late at night, I was greeted by a very rude front desk staff member – an older man with a beard. Although the reception area was empty, I was made to wait more than 25 minutes before being checked in, as the staff member insisted he was “not in check-in mode” at that time. When I requested two room keys, he aggressively questioned me and refused to provide them, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I reached my room, the air conditioning was not working. I immediately reported this to reception, but I was told no room changes were possible until the morning. I suffered through a sleepless night in unbearable heat. The following morning, I again requested a room change, but was again told the hotel was full. As a result, I endured a second consecutive night in a room without functioning air conditioning. It was only on the third night, after visiting reception five separate times and waiting nearly an hour, that I was finally moved to another room a completely unacceptable delay. Adding to the frustration, I was never offered any form of compensation for these two extremely uncomfortable nights. Moreover, the hotel’s practice of issuing room keys that expire each morning requiring guests to return to reception daily just to renew them – is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. In summary, my stay was marred by: Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Being denied a simple request for a second key. Two nights in a room without working air conditioning. Repeated delays and dismissals in resolving my issues. No compensation offered despite a clear service failure. I expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint. At a minimum, I request compensation for the two nights I spent without air conditioning, along with an acknowledgment that the treatment I received as a Gold Member was far below acceptable standards. I sincerely hope you take immediate corrective action with your staff to ensure no other guest endures such an experience. Sincerely, furkaan H.

Disappointed that the incorrect room types were initially provided (2 x double instead of double and twin). Also disappointing that despite being loyal Accor members I was allocated one of the very few rooms without a balcony. It was also difficult on some occasions to locate staff by the pool to obtain towels. In addition there seems little point having a pool "bar" but then directing customers through the hotel to the restaurant if they wish to purchase drinks.
