I booked a stay at your property for my son and daughter expecting the high standard of service associated with the Novotel brand and my Accor Gold membership status. Unfortunately, their experience was extremely disappointing. Key issues during their stay: Unacceptable Check-in Delay: After arriving at 9:00 AM and being told their room would be ready at 2:00 PM, they were kept waiting in the lobby until nearly 4:00 PM without transparent communication. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Visible dirt marks were on the bathroom door, and the main sink was severely clogged, taking 10+ minutes to drain after each use. Severe Sleep Disturbance: Poor noise insulation allowed loud street noise from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM, immediately followed by construction/drilling noise starting at 7:00 AM. Unreliable Amenities: Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were inconsistent and unstable throughout the stay. Given my loyalty to Accor and the price paid, this level of service and room quality fell far below expectations. I request a thorough review of these matters and appropriate compensation for the significant impact on their trip.

My recent stay at this Novotel was unfortunately not a good experience. The hotel feels quite outdated and clearly needs significant renovation, especially inside the rooms. The design is very old-fashioned, with the typical French layout where the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Personally, I find this setup inconvenient and not very hygienic especially since there is no hand shower (bidet spray), which is something I consider essential for proper hygiene. As a Diamond member, I am used to a certain level of recognition and enhanced service. In most properties, this would include complimentary upgrades, breakfast, or at least a thoughtful welcome gesture. Unfortunately, none of this was provided. The welcome amenity was particularly disappointing a very basic plate with only three small pieces of fruit, which honestly felt more symbolic than welcoming. Housekeeping also lacked consistency and professionalism. On several occasions, essential items such as shower gel and shampoo were not replenished, which should be a basic standard for any hotel, especially in this category. That said, the staff themselves were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which I appreciate. However, overall, due to the outdated facilities, lack of proper Diamond member recognition, and inconsistent service, I do not think I would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

One hour check-in waiting at 4.38 pm.., despite check-out time at 12 noon!! Rooms in horrible conditions, toilet not fixed.., moving when seated, water dropping from ceiling next to entry door, writing table..., disgusting..., chair lost screw and felt nearly apart. Gym...., what a joke! Cappuccino from the coffee machine at breakfast...., was a hot chocolate! Location good... but noisy until 4.14 am (!!) due to partying people in front of hotel. Please do NOT choose this hotel when visiting Marrakesh!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options available every day. One of the highlights was the outdoor swimming pool, which was always clean, warm, and inviting. The atmosphere around the pool was fantastic, with a DJ playing lovely music throughout the day, creating a relaxing and enjoyable holiday vibe. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were always happy to help, whether arranging taxis or recommending trusted local vendors and attractions to visit in Marrakech. My 19-year-old daughter enjoyed every minute of our stay, and it was wonderful to see her having such a great time. As an added bonus, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out on the day of departure, which made our final day much more relaxed and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Marrakech. Please do not be discouraged by some of the negative reviews you may see on TikTok. As a Black African family, we experienced no racism or discrimination whatsoever during our stay. We were treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism by all members of staff. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday such a memorable experience. We would gladly return in the future.

The absolute worst room. The room was so dirty, taking a shower made me feel even dirtier. The room was beat up and not fit for anyone even if it were free of charge it was not worth it. The room was meant to be a smoke-free room but the ventilation had other ideas and I was smelling smoke the entire night. I left the very next morning as early as I could.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The experience got off to a poor start with a delayed check-in, despite email stating check-in was at 14:00, our room wasn’t ready until 16:30. After a long journey, this was frustrating and poorly managed. Breakfast was another letdown. The overall quality was very ordinary, and the service was chaotic. There were frequently no plates, cutlery, coffee mugs, or even glasses available. On top of that, the food was cold and lacked flavour. The room itself felt quite dated and in clear need of refurbishment. Basic housekeeping standards were also lacking.. towels weren’t replaced, and used shower gel wasn’t replenished during the stay. Overall, the hotel fell short on several key aspects, and I wouldn’t consider staying here again
