I had to stay in the Novotel Hivernage during an unexpected visit to Marrakech to help out with y brother's work. My stay was made even better due to the very attentive, kind and supportive actions of all the staff from the Reception team to the breakfast team and the housekeeping team.

The rooms were clean and the agents were at service. The breakfast was good and the Buffet was varied. At the night u can clearly get a calm sleep, just make sure to close the balcony‘s door and turn on the air conditioning because Marrakesh is really hot! I stayed only one night thats why my review won‘t be rich and full like my previous reviews

The reception staff were so rude. Spent most of the time on their phones instead of helping guests. Couldn't even get the billing right. Suggest to spend more time managing admin tasks than looking your phones.
