Well located, Really old faded hotel

Good location. Customer Service was not good. Gym is a joke, zero weight or strenght machine. Room were poorly isolated (You can see cracked between windows). I had mold in my washroom. It seems that the hotel was great in the 80s but never been retouched. Construction was going on the floor on top of me that even started at 7H00AM on a Sunday; I literally just could not believe how someone could let that happen. I was expecting way more from a world well know brand Novotel at 170$ CAN a night in Marrakech. A true disaster, I don't think I will ever stay again with Novotel.

Went with my partner, we enjoyed our stay a lot, everything we neeeded waas nearbyy , Novotel truly made ouur stay in Marrakech impecable, we enjoyed the food and the room's beautiful view, the staff was really sweet and the rooomss were veryy nice

Loved my stay at Novotel, thanks to the manager and the beautiful staff for their tireless work~ Great rooms, beautiful swimming pool, nice menu with everything close and nearby the hotel, we will definitely be coming back to Novotel!!!!!

Trés bon séjour! Excellent staff. Everything was done according to Accor standards. Aicha was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the staff there were so helpful. My dad and I enjoyed it!
