The staff seem to have no idea what they are doing, receptionist couldn't count change, room maid doesn't know how to fill the shampoo bottle or present the room for the next guest and the bar staff wouldn't change the TV channel for a group of 5 Americans who wanted to watch football, nobody was watching the television at the time and the Americans went elsewhere

Hotel is spotlessly clean but rather basic and the food, drinks and service are all very basic level and minimal, but the place is located 10minutes from Villepinte and airport which is perfect for business trips

I reserved online in advance and paid 197EUR When i checked-in the price on the scrren was 159+12 for breakfast + taxes, all together cheaper than what i paid.. i asked an explanation and answer has been " it is like this, stop"

Service was awesome and staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties of cheese, scrambled eggs, fruits, juices, honey, organic yogurt, and more. Kitchen, cleaning, room service, reception, and technical staff. All of the hotel success is due to a great IBIS Gonesse general manager who has the very good understanding of hospitality and client relations. Thank you and see you during my next visit to Paris.

I was staying 2 nights and there was no soap in the shower, the second day I informed reception, but the clening servise was not in the hotel anymore so nobody was able to give me soap

Check in experience could definitely be improved. We arrived late (1am local time) and there was one receptionist covering both counters (Ibis and Ibis Budget). We received no acknowledgement when we came in and this was my first stay with Ibis so I had no idea how the system worked or whether I was waiting in the right place. The receptionist was essentially alternating between the two counters, taking one customer at the Ibis Budget counter followed by one customer at the Ibis counter. I wait a long time for a complex interaction to be resolved. Then it was my turn, but while the receptionist told the next person in line on the Ibis Budget side he would have to wait, the receptionist did not insist forcefully enough and was drawn into another lengthy transaction. Then the receptionist helped us but basically left mid-sentence, distracted by something else going on at the other counter, and had not finished telling us where to access the room and without handing us a second room key card we had asked the receptionist for.

Très bien reçu par le personnel de l'hôtel, la chambre est propre et insonorisée. En effet, nous n'entendons pas le bruit des avions et des véhicules malgré notre proximité avec les pistes de l'aéroport de Roissy et l'autoroute A1. De plus, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
