I was staying 2 nights and there was no soap in the shower, the second day I informed reception, but the clening servise was not in the hotel anymore so nobody was able to give me soap

Cher Franck S., Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour a été perturbé par certains désagréments. Suite à votre retour, nous avons procédé à des vérifications et n’avons constaté aucun problème au niveau de la climatisation. Notre technicien est également intervenu pour régler la pression de l’eau. N’hésitez surtout pas à contacter la réception directement pendant votre séjour, afin que nous puissions intervenir rapidement et vous proposer une solution adaptée. Check in experience could definitely be improved. We arrived late (1am local time) and there was one receptionist covering both counters (Ibis and Ibis Budget). We received no acknowledgement when we came in and this was my first stay with Ibis so I had no idea how the system worked or whether I was waiting in the right place. The receptionist was essentially alternating between the two counters, taking one customer at the Ibis Budget counter followed by one customer at the Ibis counter. I wait a long time for a complex interaction to be resolved. Then it was my turn, but while the receptionist told the next person in line on the Ibis Budget side he would have to wait, the receptionist did not insist forcefully enough and was drawn into another lengthy transaction. Then the receptionist helped us but basically left mid-sentence, distracted by something else going on at the other counter, and had not finished telling us where to access the room and without handing us a second room key card we had asked the receptionist for.
