Room clean and functional but aircon hardly worked. Had to wait 15 minutes for checkin as it appears only one of the two staff on the desk was able to check anyone in and that person was dealing with a difficult guest. The other person just hung in the background. Not welcoming when eventually did check in. Nobody available at all to check out next morning.

Well the annoying part of the stay was the gates were always shut. Had to ring on the gate outside for someone to open at times we were waiting 5 mins for someone to answer the intercom and to open the door. Secondly the room safe was locked asked multiple times for this to be looked at but no response. Thirdly no bottled water in the room maybe this is not something they do in France but would have been good to have this.

I am disappointed in Novotel and Accor. You would expect that the standard in the home country would always be adequate. 1The hallway and elevator could use an update. The shower head didn't produce enough water. The bed was as you would expect from Novotel.

I am appalled by the way you have framed tge situation. It is not that my wife and daughter did not like your property, the FACT is that your hospitality is worse than a one star accommodation. You must recognize the facts: 1) The sink is leaking and the leak ( drops of water) prevented them from sleeping 2) No drinking water was available 3) The walls in the room have mold 4) Hallways were dark —- no light 5) Food trades were left in the elevators, this prevented them from using the elevators 6) Nobody was available to assist ( reception closed, nobody picked up cells ) 7) The hotel is infested with roaches 8) Breakfast is subpar I can go on, but your service deserves to be shutdown. You should be ashamed and recognize that you are not a 4 star hotel. I will see that this experience ( documented with evidence ) reaches any potential guest

Bon accueil sauf un seul membre du personnel qui a été un peu hautain vis à vis de nous uniquement . C’était dans la soirée du 13/07/25 , déjà à l’interphone pour avoir accès au parking puis en nous disant a notre retour d’une sortie, que l’extérieur ferme dans 20 mm alors que l’on a rien demandé et qu’il y avait des gens dehors. C’était vraiment gênant. Sinon tous les autres membres du personnel sont formidables ! À l’écoute , disponible. La piscine est top sauf qu’elle était pas nettoyé en surface (normal pour les insectes mais il faut passer plus souvent pour nettoyer à l’épuisette sauf qu’il fallait demander, dommage mais c’est detail) c’est juste pour améliorer que j’en parle … Je me suis baignée sans problème ! Bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre et agréable! Merci
