There is a significant difference between the breakfast served to groups and the breakfast offered to individual guests. The group breakfast is very weak, quite low quality, and completely unsuitable for Paris and a 4-star hotel... for example, the sausages were served burnt... Breakfast habits may vary from country to country, but when it comes to quality, the situation changes. Furthermore, you are obligated to provide all your guests with an equal variety and quality of breakfast.

I am appalled by the way you have framed tge situation. It is not that my wife and daughter did not like your property, the FACT is that your hospitality is worse than a one star accommodation. You must recognize the facts: 1) The sink is leaking and the leak ( drops of water) prevented them from sleeping 2) No drinking water was available 3) The walls in the room have mold 4) Hallways were dark —- no light 5) Food trades were left in the elevators, this prevented them from using the elevators 6) Nobody was available to assist ( reception closed, nobody picked up cells ) 7) The hotel is infested with roaches 8) Breakfast is subpar I can go on, but your service deserves to be shutdown. You should be ashamed and recognize that you are not a 4 star hotel. I will see that this experience ( documented with evidence ) reaches any potential guest
