I had to catch a flight the next morning, so I stayed for a night. Put simply the hotel is dirty. The hallway and the elevator all had cigarette butts and other trash all over. In my room, the mattress of one of the beds had a massive blood stain. The other bed still had hair and crumbs on it. The desk was dusty, I had to wipe it down before I could use it. The bathroom floor had hair strands stuck to it. The shower doesn’t immediately drain instead the water pools up for a long while first. Lastly the towels made available in the shower also had pubic hair on them. Suffice to say, I’m never booking a room with them again and I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t trust the photos of the hotel online, as they were probably taken when they first opened. The hotel looks rundown now. Only good thing I can say was that the staff was nice

On the 4th morning of our planned 7 night stay we woke up to a hotel with NO WATER AT ALL. We were unable to shower or use the bathroom or brush our teeth. The woman at the desk said I'm sorry but.....hopefully it will be fixed when you get back in the afternoon. It was not fixed when we returned at 4PM. We waited until 6PM and it was still not fixed so we told her we had to find a different hotel that had water, and we left. We prepaid for 7 nights, but now we want to be refunded 4 nights worth of stays. The 3 nights that we had to rent a different hotel and the last night that we were there when we could not shower or anything else in our place. Hopefully you will refund the money on the same credit card that was used to book the hotel in the first place. Thank you. Richie M.

The tall dark lady she said she is the governor was so rude, when I ask for help reception guy was good Room had a little cockroach on bed. Nothing like a hotel no slippers no iron in room. The hallway Stunk a bit. I’m from London nothing like this here I’m so sorry to say

Petit déjeuner trop cher pour la qualité médiocre. Viennoiseries rassis, quasiment aucun couvert, pas de renouvellement. Trop peu de choix pour le prix du petit déjeuner Le réceptionniste de nuit que nous avons eu dans la nuit du vendredi 11/07 au samedi 12/07 était infecte, pas du tout aimable et parlait mal aux clients. La chambre que nous avons eu était sale et moisie Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel
