I got a room in the ground floor. the smell was bad. and the drain was jammed and I could not take a shower. bathroom was dirty. and big hole on the wall. and 144 euro per night price is not matching the expectation. the worst part was the people. the frond desk promised to get me a new room but when I came back from exbition . the front desk staff was blaming me not to the the new room in the morning . anyway it was a horrible experience. plus the vending machine was not working.

Starting with the service, the receptionist is totally arrogant and has no patience, if you work with the public you need to be at least cordial with the customer, after all the customer is paying to be there. He gave us completely opposite information, for me he said one thing and for my friend said another. Average room, when taking a shower the water leaks all over the bathroom floor, bed ok. Only stay at this hotel if you REALLY need a place to sleep in this area.
