I had to catch a flight the next morning, so I stayed for a night. Put simply the hotel is dirty. The hallway and the elevator all had cigarette butts and other trash all over. In my room, the mattress of one of the beds had a massive blood stain. The other bed still had hair and crumbs on it. The desk was dusty, I had to wipe it down before I could use it. The bathroom floor had hair strands stuck to it. The shower doesn’t immediately drain instead the water pools up for a long while first. Lastly the towels made available in the shower also had pubic hair on them. Suffice to say, I’m never booking a room with them again and I wouldn’t recommend. Don’t trust the photos of the hotel online, as they were probably taken when they first opened. The hotel looks rundown now. Only good thing I can say was that the staff was nice

On the 4th morning of our planned 7 night stay we woke up to a hotel with NO WATER AT ALL. We were unable to shower or use the bathroom or brush our teeth. The woman at the desk said I'm sorry but.....hopefully it will be fixed when you get back in the afternoon. It was not fixed when we returned at 4PM. We waited until 6PM and it was still not fixed so we told her we had to find a different hotel that had water, and we left. We prepaid for 7 nights, but now we want to be refunded 4 nights worth of stays. The 3 nights that we had to rent a different hotel and the last night that we were there when we could not shower or anything else in our place. Hopefully you will refund the money on the same credit card that was used to book the hotel in the first place. Thank you. Richie M.

Chambre très petite, vétuste, salle d'eau mal agencé, pommeau de douche plein de calcaire, pas de table de nuit, pas de porte manteau, lumière au dessus du lit ne fonctionne pas, téléviseur vétuste et sans télécommande, porte papier hygiénique cassé, WC fonctionnait mal il fallait bien appuyer pour chassé. Climatisation bloquée à 21 degrés, on pouvait pas augmenter.

Chambre trop petite, impossible à deux, . La clim se situe dans le plafond au dessus du lit, courant d air froid toute l a nuit. La Vmc fait un bruit infernal, et la porte des toilettes où se situe la VMC ne se ferme pas. La peinture des toilettes tombe, tout comme une plainte.

La chambre que nous avons eu était très vétuste, sale. Rien à voir avec les photos du site. Fenêtre fendue et sale, murs et sol sales, salle de bain sales. Seuls les draps etaient propres. 158 euros pour une nuit et 2 petits déjeuner, c est inadmissible. Pas de bonjour à l'accueil, ni au petit déjeuner... A fuir.
