Dear Benoît Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are deeply sorry to learn about the difficulties you encountered during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused. First, we regret the issues you experienced when trying to make your reservation. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter difficulties with the booking platform and then be unable to reach the hotel by phone, resulting in an unnecessary trip to the hotel before your stay had even begun. We are also sorry that the air conditioning in your room was not functioning properly. This clearly fell short of the level of comfort we strive to provide, particularly during warmer periods. Most importantly, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the incident that occurred during the night. We fully understand how alarming and distressing it must have been to have another person enter your room while you were asleep. This should never happen, and we recognize the seriousness of the security and privacy breach you experienced. Following this incident, an internal investigation was conducted, which confirmed that the situation resulted from a human error during the room assignment process. Appropriate corrective measures have been taken, and the member of staff involved has received additional training to reinforce our check-in procedures and ensure that this type of incident cannot happen again. Please be assured that the safety, security, and privacy of our guests are our highest priorities. We deeply regret that we failed to meet these standards during your stay. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our procedures and the quality of our service.
