Hotel extremely expensive in terms of value for money Day 2: no breakfast as personnel did not show up. No back up plan as reception was in panic mode - I had to help guests myself to get a coffee and hot water by switching on the appliances myself. Still charged for a breakfast that was not delivered. Reception told we will be reimbursed/compensated but still no news three days later. I left the hotel to move to a different and better quality services for similar cost.

I had a reservation with a check-in on October 18th and check-out on October 19th. I arrived at the hotel around 3 a.m. on October 19th, only to find the doors completely closed. I had to force my way in, and when I finally made it to the reception, the receptionist’s behavior was shockingly rude and disrespectful, as if she was about to attack us. She refused to give us a room, stating that the system had been shut down, and said we could not check-in under any circumstances. After about 45 minutes of arguing and discussing the situation with her, she finally agreed to give us a room. I had just come off a 25-hour flight, and my colleague and I needed to rest for only 4 hours before checking out again. Not only did she waste our precious resting time, but her behavior was so shockingly rude and disrespectful that it left a lasting negative impression on me. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I am an Ambassador member of the Marriott chain, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such behavior, or even heard of a hotel system being shut down after midnight. This experience was, by far, the worst I’ve ever had, especially due to the attitude of the receptionist on duty at that time. Words cannot fully express how disrespectful and unprofessional her approach was.

Team was very friendly and helpful but that was only positive thing. Room old and out dates, hairdryer was broken, bedside light was not working, no water in the room (and the hotel in the middle of nowhere), water pressure in the shower was weak and unstable. Bed was narrow and pillowa way too big.
