The front desk staff were nice and cheerful. I would have appreciated if I was informed about the usage of transport to and from flightsafety and the unavailability to CDG. The cleaning staff were not really cleaning the rooms. They don't come and when they do, they just empty the trash. They don't change sheets and towels as necessary, they don't replace tissue or water. Would be nice if they were more thorough and conscientious

All staff at the reception were friendly and helpful but Special mention for Fadima and Gloria, they were both outstanding people. Always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I requested few things and asked info and both of them delivered in a very efficient and friendly manner. They are a great asset for Mercure or any other employer. Thank you both for contributing to a great stay. I will definitely come back.

I have payed my hotel online a month ago, arriving at the hotel after checking in, I get told that my payment was not authorised. I was really shocked I showed them evidence of my bank statement how payment was taken by mercure hotel for 5 days. I was them aloud to sleep the night with my whole family while is getting investigated. The following morning I was asked to pay for that night as a security deposit. My partner refused to pay for that night because we already payed for 5 night. At the end it was confirm that they have found my payment. It never ended when you book for family room kids under 12 eat breakfast for free while sharing the room with parents. It was never mention on my email that parents have to buy breakfast first. So every morning we were giving breakfast to our 2 boys. Knowing it was free. The time to do our check out we water charges 196 euro. I was really upset and showed the manager the email and it never mentioned that parents had to buy breakfast in order to qualify for free breakfast for free. And when I was doing my check in I asked the lady at reception she said it was free but still never mention we had to buy first. After a long discussion they have finally decided to cancel it. Staff were nice and polite. But ladies who cleans roomy were really rude. I really don’t know why. As if they don’t like there job. One think I liked about my stay is free parking and is inside a gate. We felt safe parking our car there.

This is my second stay here. The hotel is very close to the airport and is very well-priced. The beds are a bit hard and the pillows uncomfortable but what really makes me happy is how helpful and friendly the staff are here! For me, that compensates it all! Special to Gloria and Jeane who were on service when I was there. Also, Jeane listened to me when I told her that I was Celiac which means that I am allergic to gluten and helped me with food choices. I come often to France for work so I will def come stay here again!

The Mercure hotel was ok, rooms were a bit old but clean. We had 2 rooms, of which both had issues with the toilets. Breakfast was really good, enough available. Pricing structure was a bit strange. 2 exactly the same rooms with different pricings for the breakfast... But the location where the hotel was located was not good. At the end of an industrial area behind a large steel fence and in the evening I would not feel safe in this area. Parking was guarded.

It was so nice to stay in your hotel with my family. For your improvement, I just want to mention some points. The billiard wasn't ok as well as the other football game. It was too noisy (of course it is not your fault but seems like some guess decided to leave early in the morning so the last night was not so great for sleeping). Apart from these, all so perfect and I want to tell special thanks to the receptionist during my check in. After a long trip to the hotel she was very help full and totally hassle free check in

We booked via Expedia. We booked 2 rooms and were told its non refundable when we asked for cancellation. They offered refund of one room but told the two room bookings are still available so we travelled as many as we could by one car from London to Paris. We were then told only one room is available and we were charged extra for breakfast. The breakfast was not good at all. Bacon was dry and looked like it was from a couple of days and quite a few other items on the breakfast menu were not fresh.

Only stay for overnight

We arrived late (midnight) at the hotel just for overnight for flight next morning. Reserved the three beds room! The two receptionist were very nice even we arrived at around 12am and explained every our queries. The beds are comfortable! The breakfast is ok only, not meeting my expectation for Mercure hotel at the price! To my opinion, the Mercure is just slight better than Ibis budget hotel because the breakfast has meat... that’s all. Oh yeah, not to mention the lift, it is very small size! Should upgrade to a slight bigger size!

Location was good for exhibition and had shutte bus and restaurant was good but a little pricy, no other restauarants round hotel. NO AIR CON on my stay and it was really hot, last night worked but still not enough, if you want cool room and its summer then you may not want to pick hotel, did provide a fan for room.

Hotel was nice, but during the breakfast hot stuff was missing and the servers were not able to anticipate and refill it on-time. Additionally in reception I wanted to pay, but I received information that it will be taken from my credit card as I was making the reservation using it. No money were taken and now I have to waste my time to make it.

I've stayed in many Accor hotels and have come to expect a quality stay from a Mercure. This hotel, sadly, let's the name down. The location, whilst not pleasant, is convenient and of course, can not be addressed. However, the issues in the hotel are (some of which follow) are inexcusable, such as: dirty toilet, feeling the springs through the mattress, dirty liquid stains on the bedroom walls, the previous occupant's left over socks and hair bobble were found next to the bed and finally ants on the breakfast table and many many more.
